      mahi, 17 Dec 2024Can i bought this phone in 2024 and what's about batte... moreMy wife has it last 3 years. Still works fine, good battery drainage. Sometimes works slow, but it happens when too many apps are open. Just bought 14T for Xmas present and 11 lite goes for my daughter.

        Peak of xiaomi phones in terms of battery. Even with only around 4k mah battery performed better than 99% of the newest 5-5k mah Xiaomi phone like Poco f6, 14t, etc..i wished xiaomi improve their battery performance then I'm switching back to Xiaomi :/

                  I just found out that hybrid SIM slot can be used either for a second SIM or a MicroSD card, but not for both. So if you want the dual SIM feature, you cannot install a MicroSD card. And if you want to install the MicroSD card, you won't be able to enjoy the dual SIM feature.

And is it easy... moreIt is definitely snappier than MIUI, my personal perception is that apps open and react faster. I have had no stability issues so far, but I am using Google apps and the app store. There is no bloatware, what is great. The only downside so far are some strange "bugs" when dealing with my bluetooth headset (Jabra Talk 25 SE) but my car audio works fine.

                      If you don't want Google apps and Google app store there is a MicroG-only version of LineageOS available (maintained by a different project).

                      What is tricky is unlocking the boot loader, if you have already upgraded to HyperOS. But it is possible.

                      You need this bypass and the older version of the Settings app (definitely for power users only):

                          This phone is well supported in LineageOS (codename: lisa)
                          Happily running with LineageOS 21 (Android 14).

                          It is very probable that upcoming LineageOS 22 will be supported as well.

                            marc, 18 Nov 2024should I buy used one in late 2024?No. This phone will not get anymore security updates soon. Better spend money on newer phone. My 2 cents.

                                        (you also have the xiaomi.eu rom which is debloated too ...)
