I bought this phone few days ago and i love everything about it. The display is just lovely.
The only problem i have is when i play Genshin Impact i have a lot of annoying lags. My previous Nord 2 with dimensity 1200 runs the game smoother.
Anyone know why ?

-Superb stereo sound, one of the best. (Dolby Vision+Atmos = oneof the best media devices).
-No need to worry about your battery with the insane 120W charger (included in the box)
-The weak on paper selfie camera is actually quite nice, maybe too nice for a dull 16mp camera.
-Up to 12gb LPDDR5 ram
-I do not like side scanners but this one is snappy
Cons:
-Too big for my liking but it helps with the meida experience
-The 108mp main camera is more of a gimmick, but it can take good pictures.
-Small bugs here and there that you might not notice or feel so annoying depending on your use of the phone.
-Back glass feels like cheap plastic.
If your F2 Pro an 8gb ram variant, you can squeeze more life of it especially if all functions work and battery is decent.

Picture quality will be slightly better, just as the video quality if at all. 11Tpro is a faster phone than Poco F2, but unless you play games on it, you will not be able to tell the difference.
Changing the phone is worth it if:
- you want fingerprint scanner in the power button on the side
- 120W charger/charging
- non curved screen, this is a very good reason!
- slightly better sound quality
- probably better screen brightness, 11Tpro is quite bright at the lowest setting, but so is in the sunlight, does beat S20Ultra in that perspective
- since the battery is bigger it will last few hrs longer

I have a Poco F2 pro for the second year in a row and maybe I would buy a cheaper Mi 11T pro 256 gb or Mi 11i 256 gb on subscription, are both phones much better than POCA if this upgrade pays off for a moment.

Few things i notice.
Charging ... moreI don't use Insta nor shittok so I can't help there.
I agree with the camera. Sucks to decent, until rarely it somehow snaps a great shot and makes you forgive it.
The screen and audio is oneof the best making this the ultimate media device.
If you are using the stock gallery, I recommend using Simple Gallery instead. As the name suggests, it is simple and free (real free, no ads) but a bit slower than your average gallery app, worth a try tho.

I have this phone 10 days.
Few things i notice.
Charging is super fast, battery is good,camera is ok(i have seen much better)screen is darker the on my ex S10.
Also i can see lagging in videos on tik tok and instagram cant explain why looks like fps not working good(YT working great!?).
Also i add galeries from my ex phone,11T pro cant see all pics in gallery.
Overal Hardwer is good butt SW Xiaomi need to work a lot.

Currently use this phone. It's sucks anyway.. slow fingerprint detect, slow on, laggy, my nova 5t better and smooth than this !
