if i can talk to xiaomi
i just want to say stop using snapdragon shipset on redmi note 11 or next redmi note 12
just switch back to mediatek like you do on redmi note 8 and 9
for example redmi note 12 should have mediatek helio g99 with 6nm

However, it cost a ton of money to release a phone for another country and getting regulatory approval is a very expensive and difficult task. Also Xiaomi was added on USA's blacklist along with basically every large and successful Chinese company so it's not like they don't want to release it in other countries. They are a business after all. Also the sensor on this phone is co-developed by a team of engineer from Xiaomi and a team from Sony. Both companies split the development cost 50-50.

Nearly all of the camera sensors found in smartphones are manufactured by Sony, Samsung, and Omnivision, and given that Sony has the largest market share in smartphone image sensors, it's inevitable that Sony sensors are found in nearly every phone. Hell, even the Galaxy S22 Ultra uses Sony sensors for three of the four cameras in the back.
