Just got the phone in a package with the photo kit. 512GB/16GB, 1070€, Romania. Sweet deal. It's something different. I have an old Canon EOS 7D DSLR, since I forgot when, with Canon lenses. Yeah, optical quality of large lenses can't be matched, but the software compensates and the end result is indistinguishable. Absolutely amazing. I strapped the 67mm circular polarising filter and there you go, speechless. I regret I didn't take it sooner, I missed getting gorgeous pictures this summer vacation, my old OnePlus 8 pro is already a dinosaur. I keep watching reviews to learn the secrets of this package.

I purchased the Xiaomi 14 ultra. Things I request
-Provide 50mp Raw for all resolutions
-Try to get natural colours by reducing the post processing only colours. Rest post processing leave it as is. Details are very good. Hdr can be slightly improved to boost shadows. Exposure can be toned down a bit
-log video colour grader native app
-native app for full Raw editing
-bigger battery (in 15 ultra)
-faster charging(in 15 ultra)
-swipe from top to show both notifications and control panel
-native call recording
-improve overall slowness of UI - by removing all unused code and features and keeping it close to stock Android code
-front camera Raw + full resolution Raw
-three finger screenshot(full instead of requiring additional clicks)

I know this phone support dolby vision and HDR. But does this actually works in ott platform? Like does it support HDR and Dolby Vision in apps like Netflix and YouTube?
I have seen few Xiaomi device which have hdr and Dolby vision but dont show in Netflix.

I sold 14 ultra because of not getting software. This much expensive device no software upgrade no bug fixes. Everybody have to think twice before buying xiaomi high priced devices. After selling they don't care

They can't find 2 cm of s... moreYou point is true. But when compared to the cunning things been done by the well-know company , Apple this is just a normal thing.
You see, Apple is always behind with some features than that of well-know android, the main reason behind this is that by doing so that can just add just one or two features that android had even when they were released first(or even during the first few years.) For example : ability to place apps here and their. They shamelessly boast it as they are the first to do so . The biggest this that apple has newly made is (i think) the dynamic island. But even that wasn't done by apple , dynamic island was first found by some other android-os based device ( can't remember the name) thou it wasn't as hugely displayed as DyIsland.

They can't find 2 cm of s... moreI didn't use SD card for almost a decade. I have some 256gb lying in my cabinet somewhere but it's not needed. I have 512GB model now and only use like up to 30% of that space.
I rather have bigger battery than wasted space on SD card especially when cloud is huge thing now.
