Hi , i see comment's love and hate about the display
i do agree that using IPS is great thing for gaming, some people with low knowledge will hate why this phone doesnt have amoled?
this is a gaming phone so it possibly will be used as a gaming device with long session, altough is true the amoled make color punchier and make a great thing (one plus5t screen with PUBG comes to mind) it have 2 minus
the burn in will be bad as game ui is static position and playing long hours everyday can cause burn in, second playing game in long marathon session cause heat, this can be dangerous with amoled as it can damage the screen. Altough for the 2nd case samsung amoled display already durable enough with the heat with current gen amoled on s8 onward , but it can push the price so it's a bad deal too xiaomi in business part as they tend sell cheap device with low revenue focusing on quantity sales alone, so well then you have it why no amoled?

This phone use MIUI or stock Android ? In specification its only write Android Oreo 8.0 Oreo not mentioned any skin UI. If this phone come with stock Android its could be nice to have almost flagship phone free from any custom skin UI even the MIUI can say it was a good skin UI but the update sometime brings bugs and make phone unstable.

This allows Black Shark to give sustainable FPS in compensation of lower-res Full HD+ and non-120Hz-enabled screen.

Looks delicious and unique i like it style and concept altough razer is better option as a gaming phone but also more expensive.

Galaxy S9+ is better for me. I find time for a game in the evening only -in the bubble bath. I hope so, the next variant gets IP68.

Okay a good phone for the price but its gaming so where is the 120 Hz display. Xiaomi this is not innovation, just playing safe, we really had high hopes from you. The design is also boring, gaming phones should look fascinating or at your face kinda design. This is just a good budget flagship phone. Also unlike the razor phone xiaomi didn't include good speakers that also should be included in a gaming phone. Also battery should at least be 5000 mah if you are to tell this one a gaming phone. Gamers need high battery endurance.

Now this coupled with Xiaomi gaming laptop? Match made in heaven! Plus it's cheaper than Razer Phone and Razer gaming laptop (Which both of them are harder to find than Xiaomi is concern).

It's 60Hz screen not 120Hz screen. No headphone jack for gaming phone ?
Xiaomi - Gaming phone doesn't mean it will gaming themed design Razer did it the perfect with 120Hz screen and Dual massive front firing speakers.
