Is USB 2.0 enough to use this device in combination with a monitor for a desktop mode experience? I thought that it would be possible with android 10 for most of the andriod devices but i'm questioning the lack of speed for USB 2.0 instead of USB 3.0?

Flagship killer of the year.
And my next phone.
Will just wait to see in 5-6 months what is the price difference to the Pro version and decide which one will replace my Mi8

Macro and depth cams still stick to 2MP, Xiaomi it would be better if it were at least 5MP. Rest is all best. I love Xiaomi, anyway.

If that's the price of it, I'm definitely buying it.
But too bad the phone is so huge, I remember when 6"+ screens were called "Phablets".

Bigger and heavier? No thanks.
Why do phones always get bigger and heavier? Shouldn't it be going the other way? At what point does this trend stop? Who wants to carry a brick in their pocket. I'll be skipping the MI 10. Apparently there won't be a smaller SE version either.
Very disappointed.

I think that mi10 has covered almost 95% features of S20 ultra specs with more than half the price(in some regions) I think it's a great phone especially for those who want features of S20 ultra but don't want to spend $1400 and especially for people outside USA who want to enjoy snapdragon 865 with these features NICE WORK XIAOMI KEEP IT UP

Oh god why? They should have kept the regular Mi 10 with a flat screen, and the Mi 10 Pro only with curved one. I hate to pay extra for a future I hate in the first place + curved screens are more expensive to replace when broken.
