Maybe I'm wrong but I think that there's no phone with curved screen and pop up camera. I also hate that punch hole. Some ip rating will be nice,at least splash resistant, but many of them have it,and Xiaomi never announced. For me biggest - is no gorilla glass from the back, but still, this is great device.

They did not do the horrible square camera block, looks beautiful, congrats to Xiaomi for not copying apple's awful ideas. Reasonable price for the specs.

F$$k curved edge screens and punch holes we have to pay for this extra money and we don't even want them or need them... A pop camera would be perfect with a full screen phone like mi 9t! You could make bigger battery and give as the option of 50w charge instead of this... Or same camera with the pro version!

Besides, with the 108MP lens the idea was that its so detailed you can just crop in on any photo taken anyway with minimal loss of details!

WTF. Downgrade in camera Department compared to mi 9. Mi9 provide telephoto camera but mi 10 has no telephoto lens. We need telephoto lens, not 2mp depth & macro.

JasonYG, 14 Feb 2020why USB 2.0 not 3.0 instead?USB3.0 uses lots more battery power than USB2.0, because USB3.0 requires high-frequency pulling from the OS. This is part of the power management choice a phone-maker has to make to balance convenience with efficiency. If you only use USB for file transfer once in a while, then this is a perfect wise choice on the part of phone-maker. Make sure you do learn something from the designers of this phone. They are a lot smarter than the person behind questions such as yours.

So they got rid of the telephoto camera for a macro camera when in reality, the ultrawide could've doubled as a macro camera like on the OnePlus 7T. Sometimes they take one step forwards and two backwards.

JasonYG, 14 Feb 2020why USB 2.0 not 3.0 instead?Very few people nowadays plug their phones in to transfer data between their computer and their phones so for most users, it isn't an actual loss. Most things like music and the like are either streamed over the internet or stored online.

Now Xiaomi just wants to try the last remaining method before a proper solution, i.e., under-screen-camera, finally emerges in the 2nd half of 2020.

Anonymous, 13 Feb 2020Very ugly phone. 9mm thickness. I will replace my Mi 9 with... moreWell the thickness bis acceptable for the battery size, but that curved display and the punch hole just make it look like the S9 and S10. Even Samsung switched to a less curved screen, realising that those curved edges are not useful at all... Hardwarewise, the Mi 10 it is a decent upgrade compared to the Mi9, but also the starting price is way bigger. I got my Mi 9 in June 2019 at $ 360 and the new one starts from € 530 maybe € 600 with all taxes...Phones are getting more and more expensive nowdays, it seems that Xiaomi is following the OnePlus footprints...to bad, soon all flagships will be more then €/$ 600.
