Recently bought it, Lovely phone so far.
Overheating Issues aren't present yet, doubt they will be, Battery is alright, not amazing but still really great.
Cameras are lovely, and the software is well... really great as well, MIUI so far is a lot nicer than OneUI for me at least.
9/10 would recommend

overheating while playing games. cant support heavy games like ML if you only use data connection thats why because of overheating, the mainboard will malfunction and will shut down your phone totally.

I've had my Mi 11 for more than a month and haven't had this issue. If you say it's from updating, then I will not update mines from now on. Either way I'm gonna be installing a custom ROM soon so won't affect me.
Thermals depends on your use case. I don't do hardcore gaming so I haven't ran into thermal issues yet. I'll probably underclock my cores once I root tho. Meanwhile my OP7Pro with the SD855 sometimes overheats even when doing nothing.
So far, I can say this was not a waste of money. I will update if that ever changes.

Almost all sellers I have bought from on AliExpress does it like that, and I receive my packages almost free

Unfortunately I had to pay $60 worth of duties for the phone because the damn seller writes the original declared value by default unless asked, which is stupid. I live in Canada so we don't normally get taxed for foreign goods.

Ewiase , 18 Jul 2023Because the Blue light on this one is low and the color ton... moreThank you for your answer, however I've tried other tuv low blue light oled before and their nowhere near as friendly as this one, also adjusting the color white balance on the other oled has no effect. Maybe my eyes are just tuned to 350hz pwm, the strange thing is when I recorded this phone with a slowmo camera, it didn't have those line running down the screen like other oled's but instead it looked like strobe lighting. Anyway whatever the reason I'm glad I've found a oled I can finally use.

When the blue light is not balanced or higher, it causes eye effects and headache when used for long. So it advisable to use with warm tone and avoid over saturation colored screen or phones with cold screen configuration.

Why is this the only amoled on the market that I can use without getting terrible eyestrain and headaches, every other amoled (even the new high frequency ones) cause some discomfort, but not this one. Can anyone shed some light on what makes this screen so special compared to others.

The worst phone i ever had. The camera will drive you crazy. If you see something interesting and you want to film it quickly, camera will allways fail. Either is out of focus, not responding, or the phone is overheating.

Sam dud, 06 Jul 2023How's the battery drain on this one?Normal depends on what you do. I get 4-5hrs sot with QHD and 120hz enabled but with fullhd and 120hz- I get 6hrs and with 60hz and full hd I get over 7hrs. But it will all depends on what you do and your screen set up

I was specifically looking for a phone with a 1440p 120hz display, very slim bezels, and a thickness that isn't ridiculous. This phone fit that criteria perfectly (tbh there's not many phones like that in the first place). Either way, I'm a flashaholic at heart so I like flashing custom ROMs regardless if it's a Xiaomi or a Pixel.

Apparently Xiaomi themselves even acknowledged it and offered free replacement services specifically for Mi 11 users with this problem.
I would assume it's like an unlucky lottery; most people don't get the bad batch but some do.
