All these have the better, much stable and still powerful SnapDragon 870, avoid phones with SnapDrgon 888(Thermal issues/Overheating, battery drain, throttling).

Bought it brand new, suddenly it went black screen and I'm guessing all my files will be deleted once they fix this one in the service center. Disappointed Xiaomi first time user.

Great phone, except it has been repaired 3!! times in less than a year. First time, it was apparently a software error, the battery would go to a 100%, when it was in fact zero%.
Next time, wifi was gone, got at new mainboard, - a week later!! it wouldn't start anymore and was sent for repair for the 3. time.
I have had mobile phones for more than 20 years and never, never have I had an experience like that.
Don't go there!

I got it as a 2nd hand user sinc... moreI mean, I've been a Xiaomi user since 2018 and never had this kind of worst experience on their budget mobile. Now that I decided to go for the flagship, after just 3 months of use, the system UI freezes and the screen goes blank. Did everything, including factory-resetting twice, nothing happened.
Then, I came here to read reviews and found so many complaints about wifi getting burnt.
Well, this past days have made me decided I want to switch over to Samsung.
XIAOMI REALLY FVCKED UP ON THIS.

It's a fail product.
I got it as a 2nd hand user since previous user got a new one after her sending in for repair 2 times and got a brand new one as replacement and sold it over to me. Since it's brand new, it should be fine but i was wrong.
My phone shut off totally after a few months of using, sent in to servicing center for repair and said to be motherboard issue. After fixing and bringing back home to use, the same night the phone died on me again and was sent to servicing for the 2nd time. After using for about 1-2mths same shit happen again and was sent in for the 3rd time. Imagine the hassle to travel all the way to get it replace just to fail on you.
So bad that they decided to refund me the cost of the phone to me.
For exprience of using the phone, it was great as what i expect it to be. Wireless charging, super fast charging (really really fast) and good battery life. But sad to say, they have a big gap to fill.
Just look around other comments here and will see comment issues Xiaomi 11 user are facing (Wifi issues, phone breaking down). If your xiaomi 11 is working fine, i'm happy for you.
Since the new xiaomi 12 price is pretty much matches Samsung s21, i'm going back to Samsung for now.

To all people who are saying Xiaomi is the worst company and never buy Xiaomi mobiles, I have used Xiaomi mobiles as well and they work fine and well in my hands. What you have encountered is just with one mobile phone model. Just because one mobile phone model had some problems, it doesn't mean all of their products are bad and have problems. You all need to remember that. Thank you!
