now select your handset type and download whatwere you want to download
via computer you will have to download mi pc flash setup install and download update package for your handset avail on website only on en.miui.com flash it and enjoy any version of android and miui

help me I just brought this phone this year but sadly it is still outdated jellybean I expect their will be OTA update or some sort... its disssapointing. still old miui 5. when I tap update button " unfortunately setting have stopped"

Never buy MI phone. Their service is very poor. NO response from service center even after lot of follow up and visit. Their call center response is very poor. This is my personal experience.
Almost 30 days past where my MI 4 had booting issue and fortunately its under warranty. Phone sent to service center but no update from service center since past 30 days. I am stuck. Very poor service from MI service center.

it does not support 3g internet only 2g internet can be used, only single sim not dual sim and it does not have option of placing external memory card. really bad phone.

Xiaomi Mi3 is a single SIM phone, the official India versions are on 16GB (China has 16 & 64GB versions)
There's no SIM1+SIM2+card or SIM1+card etc. here. There's NO card slot!
BTW Redmi Note 3 has a hybrid slot, you can have SIM1+Card or SIM1+SIM2 (no card)

I was one of the lucky customer to get this phone out of 1.5 lakhs registered customer on 17th August, 2014. I am using this phone since one year and nine months, still I did not get a single complaints as of yet. It is one of the best smartphone to use when it comes to speed, gaming, touch response everything. Only thing the camera quality is I can say it is above average, that we can sort it out by an App called Beauty Plus. Many People has critized this phone saying that it is a China made Company, so it won't last long more than may be an year or so, but they forgot to tell that it is a MNC CHINA MADE SMARTPHONE. I am one of Xioami's happy customer.

xiami mi3 mobile is not dual sim phone.
we can use it as
> sim1+sim2 or sim1+memory card only
we cannot use sim1+sim2+memory cards at a time.
so it is single sim phone not dual sim.
