Eeach and every generation of Xiaomi mobile phone has carried some value of it's own. It should not be compared with others. They are born legend. ThoughI have not used because of its availability in India. I can feel the spirit of manufacturering each model by xiaomi.

great phone with killer specs and so much bang for the buck....the gripes i have with this is the screen size...i wish they'd release a mini version soon(with all the premium hardware intact)...

i'm surprised from some the previous comments, this isn't clone, this is xiaomi, who don't know this brand he have to read about it, i believe that it will be the No.1 by the coming years, just wait.

if it goes global and the price stays under 480 usd for 16 gb version samsung, lg, htc and sony will have problems. This is not just hardware we talking about, the greatest advantage of this phone is Miui. For you guys who never heard about it, its one of the top 5 custom android os which is updated every friday.
Only flows of this phone for me are no microsd slot and non-removeable battery.

there should be a TD CDMA version with Tegra 4 chipset the rest identical.
please add the sub model if possible

I think this phone is no better than Samsung Galaxy s4 i9500. Nothing to compare. Samsung is much better.

If this phones goes global, and the price stays under 500 usd for 16 gb, samsung, htc, sony, lg will have problems. It doenst have superb hardware, it also has miui which is the one of the best android os and is updated every friday.

I initially thought I would go for a Motorola Droid Max, but this one costs half of the price with better features.
It is going to change the midrange market segment as it offers a low midrange price for premium high end features.

Seems interesting phone..
The antutu benchmark score of 80k is fake reported by antutu. But i think it have some horse power.It will to be worth to take a ride.

It's not just about specs. There's so many other things, build quality, software support, hardware design. Chinese quality in all those categories still lags behind the major Japan, Korean and US brands. Believe me, I've bought many Chinese products because of its awesome specs and cheap pricing, only to find it broken and useless less than a year later.
