In MIUI v6 we can't assign the menu button as a shortcut key to SETTINGS, which was there in MIUI v5 and even the 2G/3G toggle isn't listed in toggles. Camera quality still didn't improved and many settings from camera got disappeared. Feeling so sad :/

Sparsh, 16 Feb 2015Got the MIUI v6 update OTA today, residing in Mumbai, India... moreSettings ~ Additional Settings ~ Button ~ you can set the home, back &menu capacitive button to function according to your own preference.
Drop down menu can be scroll up & down for more icon, eg Airplane, GPS, Screenshot, WiFi is at the bottom, just scroll down to see.

Got the MIUI v6 update OTA today, residing in Mumbai, India.... Its a great ROM, a lot of improvements over the camera, performance and appearance, stable then MIUI v5, just one thing I didn't like which was there before, now i cant assign seetings to any of the 3 keys(Recent tray, Home or Back), i have to search for settings as an option in any app..... AnTuTu Benchmark Score : 39,804

Camera quality is bad specially ngt.pic. Waste money, Asus 5 is good quality camera.

I hv use Mi3 set since aug. 14, found that the camera quality is very bad. I have taken photo 8pm ngt. the pic. quality is very bad whiteness. day pic. is good. In the same time I take photo same place same time with Asus 5 pic. quality is very good. I advice not purchase mi3 west money

Mi3 Camera quality in very bad I m using mi3 set I found that I have taken photo night pic. is whiteness quality is very bad, day quality is good. I think Asus 5 is good quality camera then mi3

Good job Xiaomi keep their promise, V6 update by 15th February, very smooth, better battery endurance, nice camera interface, love the call answering animation, great message notification, compliments for the development team.

Updated to V6 3.9.0 this is update version of the previous V6 3.2.0, so far so good.

But, all of sudden, after having it for about 10 days, there appears to be a problem with touch. The phone automatically opens apps or contacts. Don't know what happened? On contacting service centre(authorised), i was told it is due to the new upgrade, as it is not stable. Therefore i'd to visit them & they flashed my Mi3 to original Miui5. Now, there is no problem. Hence, please wait somedays or get it confirmed from Service Centre to download Miui6.
