Thanks for the phone specifications. However, I am still not clear on which model I should get for a Japan sim card.
From wikipedia.org Japanese carriers:
1) NTT DoCoMo & SoftBank Mobile uses - W-CDMA network at 2100 MHz
2) KDDI uses - CDMA2000 at 800 MHz and 2100 MHz
Which Mi4 model would I need?

Milan, 04 Nov 2014Can anybody tell me will this phone work in Serbia. I think... morehi Mr Milan, it will work as this phone has 3G network support too besides the 4G. since in your country has 3G only, you will be getting 3G signal & still be able to use this phone, no problem. of course in a country which supports 4G, you would enjoy 4G internet speed which is much faster.

Anonymous, 02 Nov 2014does Mi4 4G version work in europe or should I get 3G WCDMA... more"Note to customers
The first Mi4 released will be for WCDMA only, we are expecting other versions later this year which include LTE band support. To be clear, TDD-LTE bands will NOT work outside of China mainland, if you require European LTE band support you will need to purchase the FDD-LTE version (date not yet announced). We apologize for any inconvenience caused."
