just bought a xiami mi4c less than a week but it kept saying "no sim card' although i've already inserted it. anyone have this problem and how to solve it?

just bought a xiaomi mi4c less than a week but the dual sim does not work properly.. it kept saying that they are 'no sim card inserted'.. did anyone had this problem too?

i am comparing between Mi 4, Mi 4i, and Mi 4c .. i am sensing that 4c is the best of them .. considering: performance, price, weight, and battery .. followed by Mi 4 as second best ..
I have a concern though regarding the screen, as it's not Corning gorilla glass (in case of Mi 4 and 4c) .. so does it scratch or break easily .. ? :(
Please let me know what you think and why .. am still reading through reviews and videos online to decide .. :)

I install google camera, and turn out mi4c supports recording in 4K res. I use global chinese rom & e 32gb internal memory.

Hi there,
I am having a problem when it comes to using the dual sim feature. I have one sim which is Vodafone contract and is the sim I use for internet browsing, calls and texts. Then I have my second sim which is Cosmote which I use for receiving texts and calls and making few calls (internet browsing only if Vodafone is over the limit). In my settings I have the internet default sim set to my Vodafone sim and call settings is either (choose at the time of the call). Often enough one of the sims does not get any service connection at all and does not receive texts/calls and does not make calls.
The problem appears usually to be fixed when I change to 2G (instead of 3G or 4G), even when i'm on WiFi.
I've tried rebooting with different settings, puting new ROM, disabling and re-enabling the sims one at a time, changing the sim positions but nothing is working. I have Googled as much as possible but can't find any solutions.
Does anyone have any suggestions or know how to fix this? Note that I leave in Greece.

Maybe someone can help me, my doubts are :
Regarding the CPU, some websites say it have a Hexa core inside, others including gsm arena, say it have a Quad core, so, which one has it ???
Also regarding the CPU, some websites say is 1.7GHz, others including gsm arena, say it it is 1.44GHz, again, which one it is ???
Any answers ?? Thx.

Why dont xiaomi put in more powerful mediatek helio x10 and sell it cheaper? I defitely will buy it if same price with the redmi note3. Redmi note2/3 is too big for my liking. Hopefully the redmi3 will use the helio x10 and please dont make it bigger than 5".

it by rooting your device kingroot . and unroot it . if you still want take the warranty

Got this phone for a couple of days and i'm pretty happy with it. Very responsive, no lag, camera is good. The only thing I've noticed is a bit of heat. I'm a Clash of clans player, and when i go in the game i notice that the phone starts heating a bit.
Also, how can I uninstall all the crap that comes with the phone, some apps that are just good for nothing?
