I am using Mi4i for 1.5 years.2 weeks back Phone is hanging and automatically switch on and off..If we use jio sim , then we have to install Jio4G voice for the calls...In other phones, Calls are wotking normally on the JIO sim.

PKM1, 08 Jun 2017Download another scanner from google play store. Simple augh? maybe try to update the app first and see if it's functional? or re-install the app... if still not working. uninstall it and disable it on the [settings > apps > all] and download new scanner.

I've been using mi4i for 22 months. Performance of battery display camera etc ( bought mi4i only since it was getting nice reviews for these) are same as when I bought . One thing I should mention here is that I frequently use 4g hotspot for 9 hours a day (25%charge would be left after that) in my phone for office use. Watch a lot of movies in it. Still the phone is awesome. I have dropped my phone numerous times. But nothing happened to the display.
Indeed there are some annoying bugs in miui. They are tolerable comparing with quality of phone. This is my first smart phone. I hear people who bought Samsung phone saying phones get hung and not so good camera quality. I started to wonder if there such thing as those. I really couldn't believe a phone can get hung. Just because of my experience with mi4i.

Sachin, 25 May 2017My phone is cannot connect WhatsApp its because its got some stupid secuirty feature that blocks background services, go to Settings --> power manager --> auto-start manager..
then click on whatsapp to alow it to work
