i found these issues
01 can't unlock the phone with fingerprint when first time phone switch on
02 no connection with pc suite
03 automatic brightness is not working properly
04 no select all option in contacts

is updating to miui 8 will improve the battery?!?!

bought it...lovin it...i change my phone every year,sometimes twice a year,this one is superb,the price for performance is totally worth it

Otherwise this phone is better than many other high end phones available in market. I may say this is even better than iphone (I am a big fan of iPhone and used till iPhones for more than 7 years).

hi my mi 5 battery backup is not up to mark.....
it gives only 3.5 hrs screen on time.
at 10pm with battery 70% i gone to sleep and wake up at 5qm the battery is 53%
why this draining this fast please suggest me?!?!

I'm about to purchase mi5 but I'm not a fan of miui so I'll install cyanogen/lineage os but before doing that I want to know the bugs in cm or lineage (I'll install Stable / snapshot build) also how's the camera quality in the above Rom's

This phone is over priced..
The finger print is pathetic...
The most astonishing fact was my other phone Redmi note 3 is faster ..
Opens Facebook faster ..Chrome loads faster..
Don't know why this phone is expensive.
This phone should not cost more than 8000.00

I am buying it too I think and Mi serie is love for Xiaomi...MediaTec is crap...its buggy and unstable..plus more cores=faster drain...
Do you ever see flag ship (one of the best mobile) that has MediaTec, I no!
