Have this phone since 1 month. Good feel and stlish. Fast and battery last really much. Google very invasive.. Only remark camera not so good especially low light . My old 8mpix Samsung note2 got better picts.. price very very good however..

In Xiaomi mi a1 I don't like hardvare keys.
In Xiaomi redmi note 5 AI Dual Camera I don't like there is no micro usb type c.

One bought it 6+/- months ago like me and the other one bought it a few months later and everyone is happy with it.
Sometimes the best way to avoid this problems its to buy the product in a good store with a good return policy.
(ex. amazons in EU have great return policies, 30 days)

Shahid Yasin, 14 Jun 2018I have used for two month. I did not face any prblminconsistent quality issue, some unit are OK some have problem.
i am among the unlucky one, Service Centre refuse to replace my defects unit as there claim is software problem & not hardware problems as me to sent complaint thru customer feedback apps to Xiaomi & wait for future updates.

AnonD-735023, 16 Jun 2018Dont know what are you talking about, been using this phone... morei too has the same issues like this fellow, I have done 3 times factory reset, problem persist, i too sent the phone to Official Xiaomi Service Centre in my country there too says there can't do anything as there is no defect, there ask me to wait for future update too see problems can be solve, this is since November 2017, i have no less than 6 updates & problem still there, luckily this is my 2nd phone, so i can do most of the important things using my main Samsung phone.

My previous phone was a nexus 5, so i would be greatly disapointed with anything less.
- No bugs what so ever.
- No problems with GPS or any other hardware.
- Definitely no battery drain, in fact the batery life its what im surprised the most, its really good.
- The only worse thing i can point out its the camera, despite being dual camera and wtv, the night shots are a bit more poor than my old nexus, but the day shots are good.
But i already knew that from the reviews and i dont really care at all.
You probably have a faulty phone, or you need factory reset on your OS.

Finally 8.1 update likely with June security patch later this month. Please include FM radio app Xiaomi if you are reading this.

It can't map the GPS coordinates accurately
Image quality in low light photos are bad
Network disconnects occasionally
The OS in android one model of the phone is buggy. Oh the irony...

Decent phone but comes with major bugs with the operating system.. more times than not you'll wake up in the morning to find that Google play services has drained your battery all the way down to zero.. heating up the phone and risking screen damage in the process..been waiting for updates to fix this but they always mess something up..
