This phone is so great, have it a month now and no issues, very fast and nice design and display, also great battery life, camera good, however not in the night, but who actually uses it in night ahhah

I ordered my yesterday from banggood for 172 euros, 4 gb ram and 64 gb memory, hope it's gonna be good choice. I do my research around 2-3 weeks and i choose this one.

Guys i'm struggling right now, i want to buy a new phone and after narrowing my choices i come to 2 options: redmi 5 plus and mi a1. i lived in indonesia and redmi note 5 pro hasn't released here and probably will not be released until at least for 6-12 months and waiting that long might not be a wise decision. so what should it be for me? thanks.

I bought the Mi A1 phone in December 2017. The phone updated to 8.0 Oreo on January 27, 2018. No other updates since then. The phone is great with the exception of NO LTE.... I live in Alabama and thought maybe T-Mobile wasn't up to speed. But I have traveled to Toronto, Buffalo NY, and Boston Mass.. NO LTE ....would not of bought the phone if I had known.

Gigatron, 12 Mar 2018So A1? :)Well Redmi 5 plus has 18:9 display better than mi A1 and miui 9 with android 7 bigger battery 4000 mAh and micro USB on the other hand mi A1 runs stock Android 8(Oreo) is part of android one program and this year will receive the next version of Android but has an older 16:9 display smaller battery 3080 has USB type c and both have same cpu-gpu so really read some reviews on the net and make your choice on what phone will suits your needs.Personally I prefer stock android with regular security patches so I own mi a1
