Because this is android one, I think it is the best € 150 phone you can buy in Europe. The mid range segment in Europe (in my case Germany) is split between the big manufacturers like Samsung and Huawei, and then also Motorola. The Huawei/Samsung phones have a heavy skin, which might not be noticeable on a much more powerful € 800 phone, but definitely is on a phone for around € 200, which I again describe as mid range. The Moto G6 costs as much as the Mi A2, the G7 is € 100 more expensive. I think the G7 is not as much of an improvement for that money to be worth it. And left with the G6 and Mi A2, the Mi A2 is just the better phone which is mainly due to the much better SoC, but then it also has longer battery life, an arguably better camera (not because of the Megapixel, but because of the actual quality), and faster updates. The G6 also has some smaller advantages like headphone jack, FM radio, a more unique design which doesn't look like an iPhone ripoff from the back and splash resistance, but those are outweighed by the core advantages the Mi A2 got. mark, 02 Feb 2019Mi A2 or Redmi Note 6 pro ?Go for Mi A2 instead of Redmi Note 6 Pro for great camera and better and smooth androrid experience. I'm using this phone almost 3 months nothing issue ecounterd after updating to Android 9.0 Pie.

I bought MI A2 32GB, 4GB RAM for 200 €. For this money is perfect phone. What I like:
-fast
-no problems after 2 month
-good and quick camera front and back
-big size of screen
-USB-C charger
--battery life, even it is not 4000mAh
-charge quick (dont look on youtube, how some phones charge a few minutes faster... it is not important this few minutes, when you charge your phone..)
-android one
What I dont like:
-no headphone output (but you can buy bluetooth headpones for 2 USD, or use adapter)
-32GB memory is enough only for some people. 12GB take system, sow you have actualy 20GB of space. Dont think this is a lot-i have navigation app wich takes 2 GB, FB and FB messenger 1GB. App apps toogether 12GB! Sow a little more apps like me, and you have 12GB for system and 12GB for apps, sow 24GB in start used space of 32 GB. And if you store some music and take photos.... Not enough. I must be carful to time to time remove photos from phone to computer. But, it is ok. I can live with this.
-i cant find case for my phone like I got it in box-original cover, protect your rear camera, but cases from china, dont. If you put phone on desk, with original case, camera dont touch , but with case from china, camera touch a desk. Because original case, have a little more plastic, wher rear camera is, --- I dont realy explain, because my english is not sow perfect.
Sow it is your decision, what you will buy. Dont cry after you buy this phone. You know what have and what doesnt have. I decided, that I wpuld rather have USB-C than 4000 mAh battery (Xioami note).If you want have all, spend more money and buy better phne. But for most people, this phone is perfect!

i dont know what happen to people out there with their Mi A2.. for me its good! really good.. the camera the snapdragon.. the lastest update 9 it ok for me.. it smooth they fix a lot

Bought a Mi 6X (English/Chinese) on last October. A bit too heavy but that's not a issue for me. If you choose English half of the phone stays in chinese. GPS does not work at all indoors (this is a HUGE con). Battery is short, it won't last you a day but who doesn't walk with a powerbank these days? The Camera is reasonable but that's not acceptable on a dual camera phone.

Just wanted t... moreDon't buy this phone.with every security patch it is getting new bugs.for gaming it is not good at all.it hangs when suddenly call comes when u r playing game or watching YouTube videos.it skows down.yup bt battery is actually good after the pie update.canera is too good.
If u want a phone for camera only then go fo it or else just waste of money.am using from 3month
