My camera has become blurry after the recent security updates. I am planning to do a factory reset, Has anybody tried the same?Was there any improvement?

I'm using mi 6x, it's gettinglot of time to charge.
I put on charging for almost 15 hours, but battery charged only 42%.
When I performed charger test run from setting, it shows charger gets run fails.
What can be the issue????
Any advice???

I've had a lot of drawbacks on this device for almost two years:
1. I replaced 5 displays. The glass is extremely fragile. A single 2ft fall will break it.
2. The battery just provides a good charge when brand new. After the first year, I need to charge the phone in the morning, and in the afternoon (about 10 hours with normal use...)
3. Poor WIFI performance
4. Display unresponsive, or with annoying delays
5. The camera worked fine when brand new. Today it looks like it has an internal dust filter. It's impossible to clean it without disabling the whole thing.

1. Wifi is catastrophic. If your intent is to mostly use 4G, then no problem, it works perfectly.
2. The screen doesn't stand well with high luminosity settings (e.g. a sunny day), its brightness could have been better in my opinion.
3. It may stop receiving security updates after July 2021. If you are okay to install an alternative ROM then, that should not be an issue.
Everything else: the specs and reviews describe quite well the experience you can get.

I looked online and poor wifi seems to be a well-known issue in Xiaomi devices. It's too bad for me, I both live and work in locations with poor 4G coverage so a wifi that works is important to me.
I am looking to switch to another brand but with sadness, I really loved the Xiaomi/Android One experience.

Yes, I have tried it today and working fine. It won't heat as well.

This could be a very good phone, but software is terribly buggy, and every update makes it even worse. Xiaomi never again.

At all xiaomi's design phones, the best is mi à2. Light, thin, nice design. The spec very good, only just the battery, high use internet, draining fast battery, using WiFi battery works fine.l hope xiaomi, keep this design mi à2, just change the battery 6000mh, no heating charging battery....I will buy again.....great phone
