it WAS good phone and android 10 upgrade ruin all , i have only 1 februaru security patch , now it is shame of phone ...and those fine gentlemans from Xiaomi do nothing for months ...never again single peace of Xiaomi...ever...

i think i have had this phone for year and a half. the main issue/problem is the quickstep (official?) launcher. after upgrading to Android 10, the launcher isn't showing any installed apps, only five Google apps. does anyone else have this issue or am i the only one? 😔

I really like this phone. I have Been using it since November 2019.
This is a great budget phone. It has a Good battery and fast enoght for a budget phone. And it got ois on it's Main camera.
And it got Android One. And i like that it's aluminium instead of plastic. 8/10

After upgraded to Android 10, my hp is lag very bad... Anyone experience this? I wish to downgrade to android 9, can i still do tat? Android 10 so much problems n issues

Great phone, got it 1,5yr ago. Works fast, responsive, decent camera, nice size and feel. Batter still lasts 2 days. Android 10 works well, some minor bugs will get fixed I'm sure. That must be the best deal on the phone ever! Woo Hoo!!!

I had an absolute time and joy when this phone worked well. But it all started when i updated Android 10. Too many issues
1. Everything went blank when i tried to delete cache of my certain apps
2. Earphone/Headphone sound for Spotify all totally were gone and it such a waste that this option doesnt exist anymore
3. My wifi connection is disconnected so sudden and when i wanted to reconnect, had to wait for like eternity.
Thats all. Hope to get repaired ASAP

I have used this phone for about one year and half. The main problem is that this phone becomes slow and lagging after the Android 10 update. If it for worst, why did we bother to update in first place? When i wanted to delete my google history, it took time to do so where my phone also got blank and i had to restart again. Wow, i thought i was the only one had this problem. Please repair and do something bout this too

Every time i took a normal photo on my phone, the rear camera always writen 8mp not 12mp. If you want to ge the 12mp you need to use portarit mode. If you want to check, take a normal photo, go to google files press thet tri dot, click info, and boom it might be writen 8mp.

The phone was demaged by Xiaomi in the last Update. In the beginin of june of 2020, the phone was updated (without ask if I want it), and now the phone has a lot of bugs. The GPS doen't works well anymore, the apps has a lots os lags to open and use (Chrome doesen't works anymore). If you chand from one app to ther, and back, everything made in the first app is lost. It seems that a part of the ram memory get lost. I don't now why a big company like Xiaomi release an update like this with out make some testes before. They don't care about the user of his products?
