I heard miui 9 gets with
Notification shade of bundled notification & quick reply option
But I haven't get that..
Is that not released for mi max2
But its showing in Google clearly about this quick reply option...

Today I got MIUI 9.0.2 Stable OTA Update for Mi Max 2.. (Few days ago I had got MIUI 9.0.1). They told that this update is for bug fixes and system stability...

I am using Mi Max 2 for 5 weeks and everyt... moreits a common issue from xiaomi .. because of the second microphone...that one for the active noise cancellation...or try to cover it while you filming...or you have to root your phone and after to delete some files...have a look at some clips on youtube...

Why can I hardly hear the sound via earphone ... moreHi, I've been using Mi Max 2 mainly as a portable music player for 3.5 weeks. So far, I haven't had any issues with the muted or no sounds. Questions I'd like to ask:
1) Is the 3.5mm jackport clean? I meant to say sometimes fluff or small objects may enter and obstruct the connections. I've had that issue with my previous phones. Just tease them out (carefully, mind you!) with a tweezer or vacuum.
2) Is your headphones or earphones working? The cable can be loosened (aged) especially when you remove them too frequency. I would usually twist them out of the jackport instead of pulling out directly. (Don't know if this helps)
3) This might be silly, but is the phone on Silent or DND mode? Mine usually isn't, so I can't be sure if that affects music/video playback. Try to toggle them on and off or play around with the volumes setting.
Otherwise, you could always return to your phone dealer for a quick check-up. I'm sure your recently bought Mi Max 2 comes with a year-round warranty.

Hi everyone.
I am using Mi Max 2 for 5 weeks and everything is working perfectly, however I am facing a really annoying issue: when recording video with the camera app the sounds it is just terrible. it sounds like recording under the water or like somebody it is covering the mic. Seriously, terrible. I have tried several camera app but the sound keeps as ugly as usually. Despite of that, using the official sound recording app I got the same ugly sound. Then I used again the Sound / Microphone recording up with my headset (which has integrated Mic) and I found out it's sound really clear and the issue disappear. Is it a hardware issue? Is it a software issue? any solution? Please help!!!
