I think u r not using proper back case & screen protector/temper glass
So while speaking sensor or using
Sweat would have been gone inside which made the issue..

It's silent ..
That made me irritated even it's single colour that should be fully useful..
It's half used & irritated to feel

When you charge Mi Max 2, the LED lights up continuously.
When the battery is fully charged (100%), the white light turns off. Then you know it's fully charged (without turning on the phone) and unplug safely.
You have the option to turn this off, though I can't fathom why should you do that.
Another thing is the LED will pulse (turn on and off slowly) when notifications are present. Still only in white though.

I have bought mi max 2 in Sep 17.. November 17 now and the screen stopped working all of a sudden.. came to the service centre in velachery, the token system and all is fine but they say that the warranty will not hold good if there is liquid inside.. I asked them what about sweat? Sweat can accumulate when we use the phone irrespective.. if there is another way of using the mobile without sweat getting near the speaker then that is one thing but in this case that cannot be qualified as a reason not to give warranty.. hv to see what they are going to say.. they r apparently opening the phone as I type.. ridiculous people they come bk n say that thr is water inside.. and the phone does not categorize under warranty.. I do not deny that it may b sweat but that is how a phone get used.. a bit of sweat damages the whole screen? Such losers.. this is a bad bad experience with mi!!!! Such a f***ing devise and service!!!..

Using this mobile from last 20 days
Mobile is excellent in regard all the features...
Few are missing but every mobile as some minus..
This mobile also have some...
Only minus I felt major are....!!!
1. Led notification for missed calls has been disabled that's the most worst thing i faced... Which is the most important one...to be having in one's mobile.....
2. Am dieing 2 drain my battery to 20% so that I can charge it for 100%..But it's not giving me chance ... With data on mode using lots of browser & watching videos it's last for 1 day... On moderate use 2 days for sure.....
The most liked features are...!!!
1.Battery backup
2. Screen size
3.Camera Quality( day mode )
4.Themes
5. Fingerprint sensor too fast to handle...
6. Lock widget so that no need of side lock button & double tap to wake option
7. Quick ball
Overall worth mobile to the price ...

I realy like the specs...but I m concerned with call quality ( in call volume, clarity ).. i always use iphone, Nokia for best calling experience ( the primary job of a phone ).
Please tell me the call quality of Xiaomi mi max 2 international version.

I am using Mi Max for the last one and half month. It was working good then all of a sudden it started rebooting again and again with no time to back up the data.
When I approached xiaomi service center, after testing they are telling that mother board is gone and have wait for up to a week for changing that.
When I asked why did it happen, their reply is it may occur often, and that's why we are giving warranty.
The service center is also not good. After receiving the phone without giving service order receipt they asked to come after phone intimation. Only after insisting the receipt they gave it. After few hrs they called to bring the data cable as they don't have this type of phone. How could a service center doesn't have the data cable for phone model launched 5 months back.
I was using yureka for two and half years with little bit freezing and heating problem. It didn't create this much problem. And now to go back to yureka
I m very much disappointed with xiaomi
