Just buy one they are selling right now and install xiaomi.eu if it comes with anything else onboard. Beware of anti-rollback. When they'll release global ROM for 4/64, you can always consider switching.

Is there any reason why the Mi Max 3 is STILL not available officially in India? It's been some time now since it was officially launched.
Heck, the Poco F1 phone was launched much later and one round of flash sale is already over.

Xxx, 31 Aug 2018Is anyone here using the mi max 3 after the mi max 1 or mi ... moreWell... ex user of Mi Max Prime and Max 2 here. The camera quality of Mi Max 3 is better than Max 2, and Max 2 camera is better than Max Prime.
It got the AI function (although it available only on MIUI 10 beta atm), same as RN 5 AI. The dual lense make a good portrait mode.
Plus the battery is insanely big, and the SD 636 is powerful and yet very efficient in consuming power. Tested by playing PUBG on HD & High graphic setting.
The only downfall is the ROM. No global ROM at the moment. Only chinese and Xiaomi eu ROM.
In the end Mi Max 3 is a good choice if you want to upgrade from either Mi Max Prime or Mi Max 2.

Is anyone here using the mi max 3 after the mi max 1 or mi max 2? How does the mi max 3 camera compared to the mi max 1? Is it only better or much much better? I have the mi max 1, everything is just perfect, the big screen, run smoothly (snapdragon 650 if i'm not wrong?), long last battery, with the awesome MIUI, except one thing, the camera is the worst :(

Apart from the extra storage in the 6/128 model, any great reasons to choose the 6/128 over the 4/64 model? In fact, can one expect any difference in speeds?
