Was dissapointed by the honor x30 max (mate 20 was much better) and now looking forward to Vivo nex5 hoping it will suit my need and won't cost an arm and a leg...
Does someone know if there are better alternatives?

Three weeks ago I saw an mi max 3 4/64 on Giztop on special price of 87euros only. They said it was only opened for testing and review. I don' t know if it is available now.

Best phone, aspect ratio is perfect. I still use it three and a half years now. Very disappointed when they stop the series and I had to go with smaller screen and 20:9 ratio. I bought Poco F3, very good sound, processor, cameras, amoled display but the experience you get from the Max 3 and its aspect ratio 18:9, is something different. It beats the philosophy of the folding phones. Also its brightness is better than Poco F3. And you know I am still holding it. I imagine a new max 4 with the same aspect ratio 18:9 with Poco's heart, sound, better cameras etc. Please Xiaomiiiii

Mi max are a fantastic phones I to upgraded from mi max to mi max 2 then to mi max 3 I was so disappointed that xiaomi stopped the mi max phones and now find upgrade has now been discontinued it's as if xiaomi made their name got their world ranking and went premium in price so disappointed

I've been using my mi max 2 since 2017, going 5yrs now, no problem til now, i just wanted a new big-screened phone that's why I'm reading your reviews... Xiaomi, for me, is the best phone invented, affordable and dependable... Plus it's really durable... Just wanted a new phone... Wanna try max 3 or 4... 😁 Heavy user here...

I've had this phone since new and it's been flawless. You can enable VoLTE so it still should be able to work when my ATT network goes 5G. I'll be looking into a 5G enabled phone soon but meanwhile my Mi Max 3 still working great even though it's over 3 years of heavy use.

I used this phone from November 2018 to November 2019 and then gave it to my brother and he's had it for 2 year now and he's a heavy user and says the phone is phenomenal. I think if you got this phone now you could keep it for easily another 2 years.

Just imagine how much battery life can be gained if this phone runs on stock AOSP UI. Seriously, 5500mAh battery from a phone with 8mm thickness is an impressive feat.

Anyone there can recommend same LCD size like max 3 .
So used to max3 that seems not to like the longer version phone have been using max 2 and 3 all the way But seems phone hanging not sure why....any recommendations.TIA
