Xiaomi Mi Max 3

I never understood the people that complain about the screen size. This is a phablet. It's a niche market. If you don't like it go to some of the other phones that xiaomi has to offer. Having said that I have the Mi Max 2 right now and it's a phenomenal performance to price phone. You get the big screen that Phablet lovers enjoy, you get a big battery life, a great camera, a great metal construction, and all-around a fantastic phone. I'm definitely 100% going to pick up the 3 if the rumors are true.

Its will come with SD450 and SD625 chipset just like Redmi 5 and Redmi 5 Plus aka Redmi Note 5. SD630 and SD660 are too nice to be true.

Just an elongated Mi Max. 660 x 5500 is the best and enough for gaming and movies.

Screen size shouldn't be a problem if the dimensions are less than mi max 2 which is
174.1 x 88.7 mm

The 7 inch screen is completely fake. A phone has screen between 0 and 5 inches. A phablet is between 5 and 6.99. 7 inches is the tablet size.

AnonD-624642, 25 Dec 2017The bigger the screen size, the more the advantage and batt... moreIt should be same dimensions as mi max 1 & 2. Only screen is bigger (bazelles top and bottom surface). I have mi max 32gb (first one) and I'm loving using this device. Hardly wait for third gen.

the camera is bad , Is disappointing
Dual camera is better , for example :Dual: 12 MP (f/1.8, 1.4 µm, Dual Pixel PDAF , ois) + 8 MP and front camera :8 MP (f/2.0, 1/3.2", 1.4 µm) + 4k video
Display size : 6.4 inch is enough and bezel less 18:9 ratio ( image quality is better)
high version: snap 660 + 6G ram
Dual stereo speaker , DTS sound or HiFi support

Are you assuming that 6.44 inches will just stay snug in your pocket? That's absolutely false, 18:9 will PROBABLY make this device as big as the Z Ultra as I've already stated, and the Z Ultra isn't even pocketable.

Haha, fanboys are calling straight tablets "phones" these days, not even phablets.
I called it back in Mi 3 era "it's too big, and the way things are going there would be no phones". My phophecy came true, it's all phablets these days and straight tablets even (likethis one). Phones (pocketable even in skinny jeans, usable exlusively with one hand) are dead, we now have bricks for phones ... lol

Anonymous, 24 Dec 20177 inches w/ an 18:9 screen ratio?! That's still insane, it ... moreSome people don't keep their phones in pockets. Most women don't, i keep it in my bag (I have to carry a power bank too, so pocket is not an option. Headphones and other accesories too).
7 inches? Bring it on!

7" 18*9 phone is easier to fit to your pocket comparing to 6.44" 16*9 because it will be narrower and taller. Just like any pocket.
My wishlist is:
*oled screen
*More ram
*rgb notification light
*maybe dual front facing speakers
*ois at back
*nfc
*immediate release of kernel sources is a big need
At least launch a prime model having these

7 inches w/ an 18:9 screen ratio?! That's still insane, it would probably be as big, if not slightly bigger in size than the Xperia Z Ultra. This thing just can't be pocketable. This is definitely a gimmicky cash grab brought to you by Xiaomi. They hit you with that sweet novelty effect, then a few days later you realize how much of a burden a large phone can be.
