Hi Everyone
NO MEMORY CARD SUPPORT AGAIN in such flagship like phones.
Can't use them to make large video files for a long time as the memory will be full very quickly.
😂

    I wonder if people from other countries like india can simply change their region to something like germany and all ads disappear.

Onl... moreyea, but i tried changing the region in flight mode too, so without internet it can't update, even for the regions i never switched to before...but the apps come and go...but not always, Germany -> Russia, like 6~7 apps in Russian mode, and 4 remain if i go back to Germany , i recon it does need like 2sec to switch regions if an app has been added/ and some 5~10sec until it appeared on some screen;
      example of apps you can uninstall :
      Angola has Opera mini
      Bangladesh - Daraz?
      Belarus - Yandex?
      Dominican Republic - Netflix,WPS Office, 3 games and Mi Community
      Egypt - Ali Express, Opera Mini

      can't uninstall:
      India - Mi Pay, Get Apps, Mi Store
      Indonesia...too many apps, but can uninstall Mi Store???? and it's gone for good.
      ...and many more,each of the apps 46~120MB
      with WiFi on Opera would install itself i guess, but i can't confirm that (region Japan);
      in addition to that, if once switched to a certain region, i can now see those apps in Apps manager and uninstall them, i can't do that if i never switched to that region;
      ergo, switching to a region unlocks hidden apps;
      for example 'Yandex' exists at least twice as an app,maybe has different icon but exactly same name, once in Belarus and once for Russia;
      surprisingly unlike Mi Store, Yandex returned in Russian mode....can't make any sense of that;
      all that happens with or without internet connection :D

      btw the menu to the left is the 'App Vault' which is useless for me

        krissy, 24 Nov 2019what in the world...the second i changed the region 'Mi Sto... moremost apps actually download when you change the region. Only the theme store seems to be preinstalled and undeletable. Look at this menu thing when you swipe left on the homescreen. It also changes. Or the cleaning button in the app switcher gets replaced by the Mi Store

            I want to ask something:
            Mi 9T have nano coating P2i and it's splash-resistant..
            Do Mi Note 10 have this P21 coating too?
            I mean..For this price it must have this atleast, right?
            GSM Arena doesn't say that Mi 9T have nano coating P2i or any kind of IP rating - but it does.
            So is it the same about Mi Note 10?

                I like so much mi note 10 and very close to buy it, however 7t has better choice i guess. Which one is worth of money even not gamers OnePlus 7t or mi note 10 for you? Please give your advice. Op7t has 90hz, ufs 3.0, 855+, stereo speaker, better haptic motor and 2gb more ram for the same price over mi note 10. From mi side just 50x hibrit zoom? Rather zoom option, Photo samples are quite similar for both of them in real life. I probably turn back again op 7t. Should I?

It makes phone too heavy, too thick and still can't match the endurance of a phone with a battery of 3000mAh. Another joke is how expensive this phone is.

For now, this battery makes this phone too heavy. Xiaomi is cutting corners to cut the price. Unfortunately, oftentimes it means cheap components (e.g. batteries) which don't last as long (e.g. Sony phones last longer with smaller batteries) and deteriorating too fast (battery on my Xiaomi mi5 is getting empty by midday just after 1 year). Software optimization is another story. Nowadays, Xiaomi is asking for their phones same price as Sony, which is ridiculous. It's no longer a flagship killer with this price. And people are arguing trying to make themselves feel good by spending so much money on subpar quality device.

                                Mi Note 10 will not last longer than 4 days while on battery saver, 3days would be average, compare to Huawei Mate 10 Pro with 96hrs endurance rating...that actually will still need no charging after 5days in normal mode, battery saver 8~10days, all same usage as Xiaomi;
                                needless to mention the battery did not last that long until Mate 10 pro received some updates, same goes for the camera, the phone could not take pics at night, now it can;

                                it's the software that needs update, so far there no other phone with this big camera sensor, bcoz noone can handle the amount of compressed data coming from the sensor, thus Mi Note 10 needs like 3~5seconds to process the picture @108MP, but it takes 0seconds when it uses its 27MP sensor,
                                it is just my guess, but maybe Xiaomi found out that even most powerful CPUs can't make this go faster? or the improvement is not worth it?
                                another guess is that Huawei P40 Pro may be released with the 108MP sensor too, as well as new powerful CPU or even new tech specially designed for this big camera.

Even 128 GB is not enough for most people... morethe photos are not bigger than 22MB, usually 18~20MB in file size @ 108MP; who ever claimed its more than 25MB did lie to you, for each 50GB you can save at least 2270 photos in the biggest resolution the phone offers @12032x9024, for example Huawei Mate 10 pro does up to 10MB pictures @5120x3840; on Mate 30 pro i checked only on few pictures, and some had 16MB file size, some only 12MB

                                  putting all that aside, these days ppl won't keep the phone for longer than 2years, some of the phones or even laptops are not designed to last that long - Apple.
                                  At this point shout out to all ppl who still have a Nokia 3310!

                                  On the box of the Mi Note 10 (global version) it says "This device is restricted to indoor use only when operating in 5150 to 5350MHz frequency range in following countries: ...."
                                  ; 5150 to 5350MHz = WiFi @5GHz, most of the countries on that list are European countries, maybe even all European countries.
                                  Why would this phone not be allowed to use WiFi elsewhere instead of indoors??? idk.

                                    That's a different between a technological marvel and a cheap Chinese knock-off.
