Do not buy Xiaomi phone. It seem like the phone having problem with software or hardware after 1 or 2 years of using it. They didn't care the previous model after the new one came out.

I will NEVER buy this brand anymore will tell friends and relatives to stay away from Xiaomi stealing scheme, Very disappointing😞

Worst phone I've ever got the chance to own. Specs wise, it's very good for its price, but it just goes downhill from there. First is its janky OS, MIUI goes one step ahead and two step backwards every update. I've seen people suggesting not to update, but that defeats the purpose of having regular updates in the first place when it can either diminish your phone's performance or completely brick it. Though despite that, I just listened and didn't update for years. First 6 months after its released, I already experienced screen flickering and its screen eventually died so I had to send it for repairs. Thankfully I still had a warranty so it was free but it took almost 2 months before I got my phone back. Now fast forward 3 years later and the screen died again, warranty's also gone and repair would cost me more than 50% of the phone's original price. It's just not worth it, this phone is just a waste money. Dunno what's at fault, software or did Xiaomi just cheap out on the display. This simply made me want to avoid this brand from now on, and also from curved display phones. It would've been okay if it's a one time death after 3 years but no, I've also encountered so many problems along the way.

(Change request: current MIUI is V13.0.6 at least in the EU ROM, 13.0.4 for the rest)
Very good phone for it's price I got for 270EUR and it's been 2,5 years soon 3 and it is still standing. No major lagging or bugs, even if it has any they get patched quite quickly if you keep updating your apps and MIUI. Sadly in a few months it's reaching EOS but that's mostly a security issue not a functional one. Great screen + battery (1+ day uptime easily), cameras are good for their category don't expect the main model's levels. Using GCAM really helps take great pictures btw. Great CPU and good GPU, MIUI runs smoothly most of the time, it needs a restart seldomly as most phones do. Sound is good both speakers and microphone. The audio jack gives quality sound something you don't really expect at this price. Bluetooth audio is also good, somewhat on the bass side but it has clarity nevertheless. Fingerprint is pretty snappy as long as the screen and your fingers are clean :) . Personally I don't think they will make such a budget/mid-tier phone (considering it's price rose to 350-400 for some time). The 11 and 12 lite respectively are ok but not as great I haven't seen such positive reviews as this one. They aren't quite the same also since the "Note" aspect has stopped since the 10 and the newer ones are more expensive by like 100+ EUR. I would recommend a Redmi Note for newer phones at this point.

if you go to coustomer care they will told you that its mother board faulty 😝

On the paper, you have 4 cameras (main camera is enough for capturing the moment); on screen fingerprint sensor (slow and not stable). Every call (yes every call), when I try to coversation, screen doesnt turn off. So my cheeck taps mute button every time and I dont notice it almost 9/10 calls. I hate mi note 10 lite. This phone ise scam.

But yesterday during downl... moreI had the same experience, seems like this phone is built for a limited time only, my partner and i bought this unit, we both have one of each, but it took 2 and a half years when it starts to have problems i.e rear cam not working, flickering screen, notch problems, and currently, im haveing problems with the phone audio.

Using mi Note 10Lite since 2020. But yesterday during downloading official update, my phone became dead. Much shocked because all data lost😥. I have never experienced such issue earlier although I am also using LG G5 since 5 years but everything is OK.

on the latest update, the phone will have front camera faulty.
after a while, it will have boot loop and will stuck at the MI logo.
go to service shop, they said the motherboard faulty.
using already for 2 years.
expected to use it longer, Xiaomi really disappointed me
