I am an iPhone 8 user. Does it make sense to migrate from iPhone 8 to Poco F2 Pro? Or even Mi 10? Considering all aspects.
My only fear is that the Poco F2 Pro will slow down after a while, as well as its not-so-good camera.

If not, which models can be considered? In terms of price, is the version with RAM 6 and 128 memory more efficient or the version with RAM 8 and 256 memory? And in the end, wouldn't the lack of a stabilizer be annoying?

Nimi, 14 Dec 2020I am an iPhone 8 user. Does it make sense to migrate from ... moreThe Poco F2 Pro is waaay much better in almost everything than the outdated iPhone 8. Go ahead, make the shift. Download GCam with Night Sight and see the photos produced by the Poco F2 Pro massacre the iPhone 8's especially in low to very low light levels.
And no, don't believe in the 'android phones will slow down rapidly' myth. They're android manufacturer strategies of the long forgotten past. Modern flagship level android phones (and yes, even midrange level ones), DO NOT slow down with time. Android manufacturers do not need to do so anymore because there's always something new, cutting edge and exciting on the horizon for android phones : foldables, rollables, invisible under display selfie cameras, 144Hz displays, ultra thin bezel / bezel free, hole-free, notch free display, 6000mAh batteries, 100W USB C superfast charging, 80W ultra fast wireless charging, etc., that many android users will be tempted to upgrade in a year or two; especially since those cutting edge features rapidly arrive even in low cost midrange android phones. They're the reasons Android phone manufacturers don't need to intentionally slow down android phones anymore the way Apple still does routinely with old iPhones because there's really not much improvement from one iPhone generation to a year and yes, even several years later, other than faster raw processor speed which can't be felt at all in 99.9% of iPhone usage scenarios. Besides, iPhones have 5 year software updates and partly because of it and the small incremental updates from one iPhone generation to another, Apple has to intentionally slow down older iPhones so that owners will be forced--- or at least have the motivation to shell out $1,000++ for some miniscule improvement in real world user experience in the newer iPhone model.

Factory reset your phone to eliminate most if not all update triggered bugs. If there are any bugs that persist, they will likely be corrected in succeeding updates.
