There's another post for how to force 'LTE only'. Did you download Nova Launcher as I mentioned in that post and made a settings shortcut to 'Phone info - preferred network type'? If not, it's the first thing you do to force 'LTE only' or if you have weak LTE signal, you can force 'WCDMA only'. It would help if you know which LTE bands your network provider are using to see if the Poco F2 Pro supports those bands because if some of your network's bands aren't supported by Poco F2 Pro, you still won't get a good signal.

Try reading again the earlier part of my reply. The later part mentioned another rant against Xiaomi and other China based phones: when they do offer micro sd expansion, especially for lower end or midrange models, they can't be encrypted at all! It's a half baked, half-hearted effort towards giving users what they really want.

Anonymous, 25 Oct 2020I do not know why XIAOMI does not put memory cards on highe... moreBecause like Google, Xiaomi offers cloud services with monthly subscription.

Buyers of more expensive phones like the Poco F2 Pro can afford additional expenses so Xiaomi likely decided to remove micro sd expansion in flagship phones so their 'can afford' owners will be forced to subscribe to Xiaomi's cloud services.

Also, even with some Xiaomi phones like the lower priced Redmi Note 9 Pro offering micro sd expansion, MIUI does not allow micro sd storage encryption. It's probably Chinese government dictated as all China based phones (Xiaomi, Huawei, Oppo, Vivo) don't allow micro sd storage encryption. That's what I mean when I say I have 'lingering doubts' with security backdoors for Xiaomi, Huawei and other China based phones (Oppo/Vivo).

I will never buy a phone without memory card. This seems an acceptable device, but lack of memory card = NO GO. Their Redmi series up to note 8 pro were ok, but they lack amoled. Redmi note 9 pro is crap...hope Redmi note 10 pro will not be another disappointment.

Don't waste your money on high refresh rate phones. Better spend them instead on high refresh rate monitors. You'll see better payback and real benefits there than in small phone screens that get disposed off in 2 years time.
