Ok so i got this phone 3 days ago and i am absolutely impressed. very snappy and tried asphalt 9 for a few hours very smooth and i haven't experienced any dimming. its good for daily use and the battery easily lasts for 2 days for casual use. the 33w quick charging charges the phone to 100% in 1 hour or less. did some benchmarks and got an antutu score of 67k. overall the snapdragon 870 is overpowered in this phone and with this budget it beats the iphone 12 pro max and the samsung s21 ultra in terms of benchmark. satisfied

This weekend I was at a place where the signal coverage was only 2g. I found out that neither the Poco F3 nor the Poco X3 Pro can work properly with a 2g signal. If someone is connected to 2g, you can't send sms. It takes a very long time. After connecting to 5g everything is fine. I don't know where the mistake is. But they tried more phones only Poco has this problem

For me the F3 lens is good enough for a phone this price range usd361 is what I got it for.

It's yes it's fixed but unlikely to be perfect imo since dimming happens when your phone overheats. Amoled should never be run at full brightness.

Looking to get the ne OP9 but could not get my head around all the negative things about it especially the price. So, i'm resorting to the current crop of "premium" mid-rangers like the Poco F3, Redmi Note 10 Pro, Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite 5G and the Galaxy A52 5G.
I don't do much selfies but a wider FOV and natural/warmer skin tones would be nice.
A high audio bit rate when video recording would be nice.
I don't do much slow-mo videos but a sharper/less noise video would be good.
A great low-light main & ultrawide (with less orange/purple fringing) and low noise would be great.
Astrophotography would be awesome.
Faster autofocus, natural-looking photos (not too saturated), great dynamic range, EIS also matters to me.
So, which phone could it be?

So I don't have any concerns in terms of 5G, it's enough for me to have 4G right now. I will not use the phone I will buy for less than 4 years. What you're talking about about the future of the processor is that it just doesn't have 5G, or are there other disadvantages? As far as I know, the 870 in F3 is also the overclocked version of the 865 to be used in the S20 FE 4G, and as I read from F3 users, the clock speed of the 870 chip in F3 has been slightly or completely reduced to solve the screen dimming problem. If this is true, it can be said that the 870s currently used in F3s may actually perform with an 865, or with a slight excess. So for now, we can equate the processors of the S20 FE 4G with the F3. If Poco finds a different solution than lowering the processor's clock speed to prevent screen dimming in the future and increases the processor speed again, then there will be a significant difference between these two processors but i think there won't be any other solutions. In this case, if the 870 is a newer processor, albeit on par with the 865, if it does not give it an advantage, the S20 FE 4G will be a better option than the F3. I think Samsung is ahead of Poco in terms of longevity, software support and quality. In line with these, am I doing it right, choosing the S20 FE between F3 and S20 FE 4G?

Poco gave all great stuffs at fraction of price they need to cut corners somewhere. Go try some gcams should be a bit better than default camera but again it won't be as great as flagship phones cameras.

Hi. My previous phone was a OnePlus 8T. Very impressed with the general performance, not so much with the cameras. I want to ask:
1. Can you say ON PAPER & practice can the Poco F3's cameras get toe-to-toe with the 8T or the Galaxy A52 5G?
2. Am i correct in saying the if i want to easily hide apps and accessing them quickly Poco implements it the same way as the "Hidden Apps" system on Oxygen OS?
Would all love your opinion please. Cheers.

Take it if you intent to yearly replacing your phones. Get F3 if you want to get a phone to last nxt few years.
