El Fernas, 26 Jul 2021Are you in India? The Poco F3 was launch as Mi 11x there, u... moreAh! Yes. I am in India at the moment. I had no idea Mi11x was Poco F3. But well I got kinda attracted to the design and good performance of the GT. I ordered it today.
Except the SD 870 that can outperform the GT and also the slightly better camera of F3 but hardly noticeable, I saw GT to be outperforming the normal F3 in battery, charging speed and heat management. The other things like UI are exactly similar.

What you have specified alright only Bluetooth it has is 5.2 not 5.1.

I think gt is better but people say snapdragon is much better than mediatek...
Should i buy the f3? Or should i wait for the gt?

I guess I will go with the GT since I might get the proper service if something goes wrong, and it got a cool design too. Hope the MediaTek chipset will hold me good for a good number of years. 🤞 Fingers crossed, I am going for the 8gb Variant today.

I guess i am worrying way more in advan... moreThats the phone i would buy if it was available worldwide, i went with the Poco F3... go for it if you can, my previous phone was a Xiaomi Mi 8 (which i still have as a backup) was launched 3 years ago and it went from Android 8.1 to Android 10 and MIUI 12, so a phone launched around this time with Android 11 will have at the very least Android 13 and whatever MIUI version they have by then, 2 years of updates seems fair, you can still use it for longer, but after that time the battery might be already down on capacity anyway.
