They used to update the Poco F5 every month but now we are reaching 2 months without any update whatsoever, i guess they are getting ready to update to HyperOS soon (?)

I would say that F4 was just failed generation or like a facelift
white F5 is a serious upgrade in performance where as poco have being performance first from the start.
To be honest i just cant understand the people who want a good camera on a phone and then look budget to middle class phones that never have good cameras as that is the part to cut cost down on the phones. On the same price point you need to look something like 2 years old Samsung flagship if you need this so called camera quality cause you lack on skills to take pictures. It's always the tools fault when you lack on something. When you suck at gaming then it's the PC, console or phones fault

Besides, the F series is all about performance. Personally, I don’t really care about the cameras that much, but performance is a top priority for me, thus the F5 is an exceptional device in this regard, considering the price.

If you are using a Poco F4, it's not worth the upgrade, The main camera sensor is the same as the one you'd find in the F4, and the other 2 are quiet old as well, especially the 2mp macro cam, which was literally scraped off from the bottom of the grave. As an alternative, I'd recommend a 13T (non pro) when it's on sale. It's camera is leaps and bound better than the one you find on the F5, plus it has an optical zoom lens. Other than that, I like everything else on the Poco F5, and if you are coming from an older device, it can be a nice upgrade.

Upgraded from Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro. It's an awesome phone for its price.
Camera is a bit meh but if I want to go full customized, I will go to SLR. It can shoot pictores, which is good enough for me.
Battery life is awesome, 12++ hours and never fall below 30%. And the 65W charging is awesome too (but normally I just use 20W and left it while sleeping).
Dolby Atmost! Awesome sound processing, sounds awesome on my Sony WH-1000XM5.
The screen is great, and it has Dolby Vision too which enhance the viewing experience.
You will need to debloat the software though to get rid of all the ads (but pretty much every Android manufacturer will do the same regarding ads).
5/7, would stay for years to come.

It is rarely complained about and If you are experiencing any then I think the problem lies with you, not the app.

The phone is overheating and the keyboard is not correct, i have failed many payments because of the shity touchscreen.. Do not reccomend if you need accuracy in typing...

This phone is awesome but as everyone said the camera is bad,on the other hand the snapdragon 7 gen2+ is a ( 😍🤌🏼)
I play genshin just for fun not interested in it and surprisingly this phone can take 1hr on this game with no issues. The mic is pretty good, the screen and the speaker too if there are a problems they will be two
1- software sux
2- camera sux
