BurnedByPoco, 26 Nov 2023Guys the phone heats up 🔥🔥 during normal usage! No gaming j... moreMy experience with Poco Reddit is they will gaslight you with any issue or critique you have with Xiaomi/Poco.
However, the throttling issue was clearly laid out in GSMArena's review of it, which is why I think GSMArena is on average the best place to check a phones performance.

Don't listen to the bigger YouTubers/influencers. They're paid to review it, and if they say bad things about the product, they will be put on a blacklist and not get any future review copies. They are advertisers first, reviewers second.
They usually run AnTuTu and Geekbench once and say it's "incredible performance!". They rarely do any tests that shows sustained performance unless it shows favorable performance, so if they don't show them, think twice. Running the CPU Throttling Test is probably the easiest and best way to show a phones sustained performance/cooling, so there's no excuse to not show it especially on a flagship SoC and/or gaming phone.

Guys the phone heats up 🔥🔥 during normal usage! No gaming just browsing and WhatsApp (no video calls or voice calls). Reviewers somehow didn't notice it smh. Serves me right for trusting those guys. PHONE GETS WARM. Search on Google for reddit posts about it, users say that's just normal Poco stuff lmao. It's my first poco and now I have to get used to this bs. It's bearable but it shouldn't happen at all unless you're gaming or doing something heavy for sustained periods of time not just browsing. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. My old LG v35 didn't heat up like this with same usage and conditions.

Anonymous, 24 Nov 2023is wort to upgrade to this phone form iphone 11 pro 64gb?Definitely yes if you are gamer. F5 is more than 2x faster. Better in every aspect. If you can live with android system. Which is in my opinion also much better. My ex girlfriend have iPhone 13 pro. And I just can't use this locket system. Disaster I say.
