Anonymous, 27 Sep 2024Quick charge works well too.yeah my friend has a x6 pro i used a m3 5g and they do have a heat up issue. tho even after full charge (without charging boost on) it only got warmed up a bit
oh and it gets hot if i use regular adapter like my old poco's also in office we have a 65w iqoo which also makes it bit hot....

got the 12/256 sadly 12/512 sold out. i came from a redmi note 8 pro 6/128 where i still managed to get like 40+gb free sooo yeah good deal tbh.
now i got the 1.05 hyperOS update and difference was noticeable phone was just slight warm during full charge negligible on normal like 30/40-80/90% there is a boost charging option can reduce like 10-13min but normal is fast enough.
even with not fully optimized games run like butter you can play on highest and temp is still manageable.
camera is decent i am using AGC 9.2 if you want more natural colors you will love it.
screen might feel bland if you wanna use saturated or vivid nah battery drop is not that much at all and images look beautiful.

To get fast charging, you have 2 options:
              A. You get a Xiaomi charger and cable - the system is proprietary.
              B. You can use USB PD, although it will charge slower.

I have the F6, It's a good phone, my only gripes are that it doesn't have an LTPO display which results in poor on screen times and battery efficiency for heavy screen users. I also don't like the Hype os control center, there is no mirror or join options. The rest is all good

The poco F6 original charging cable is wired differently so that it only charges at the maximum using Poco charger and Poco cable. I've mixed and matched my type-C cables with type-c to type-a adaptors but no luck. I have yet to check the pin connection configuration but I don't think it has a chip inside the charging cable itself.

I must say that I have personally used X6 pro 12/512. It was performed very good, however the battery performance was really bad. It was just dropping out of nowhere, no matter what I was doing. It was my first ever phone to be on 1% when i came home from work(I never let it drop below 20%, not a heavy user, especially on workdays). But I cannot say anything about the F6. I just assume it would be better due to snapdragon.

I think the Poco X6 Pro is still a better purchase than the F6 because you get 512GB storage for less money, and the performance difference between both phones aren't that much different. They're both equally fast and can easily run demanding games at the highest graphics settings.

Where I live, the Poco X6 Pro with the 12/512 configuration can now be had for just 250 EUR, which is pretty insane value for money. By comparison, the 12/512 variant of the Poco F6 retails for 320 EUR.

There's nothing wrong with getting the 120W one. The phone won't use more than the 90W it's rated for.

MeredyPleaseHelpMe, 15 Sep 2024Hello. I couldn't find another 90w charger being sold ... moreYou can use any charger; as long as it supports fast charging (67W, 120W, etcetera). The phone will only charge how fast it's being charged (the phone has a limit of how many watts it can use).
Just make sure it's a Xiaomi charger. Also, USB PD works, but the power output will be lower.
