Bought it a few months ago and already 3 times have problem with the phone won;t restart. First time I brought it to service center. Loss all my data. 2nd time I left it overnight and was plan to bring it to service station the next day but luckily it suddently on in the morning just before I went to service station. Now just today I have this same problem again. I will try to leave it overnight and try to turn it on in morning. Wish me luck!

My poco have deadboot. I already bring it to repair center. They repair my hp for one month, tec told me that the hp have many problems on motherboard. So hard to fix it, they need to try it until no problems come again. But he say don't update my hp again because make hp dead again. Just update what you need like android 11, no firmware update he say.

Finally got my Poco M3 repaired. I reported them to the DTI and they agreed to repair my phone (motherboard replacement). They told me that if it's ever had a problem like that, they would refund me.

DON'T BUY IT. Didn't even last 11 months. Bricked after software update and Xiaomi is not doing anything about it, like too many other people. NOT BUYING A XIAOMI PHONE EVER AGAIN. They do the same as Apple and just bring out new model and blow up the old ones with unnecesary updates.

I bought my sister this phone Dec 2020. It's already experiencing deadboots since August this year. It didn't turn on again last October. She contacted the seller was advised she'll need to send the phone to the repair center. She sent it 2nd week of November, got the phone back 1st week of Dec. She only paid for the shipping to send the phone to them. Good thing she experienced this while it's within the 1 year warranty. But it still leaves me doubtful purchasing another phone from Xiaomi.

Deadly update, what is so frustrating is Xiaomi is not doing anything about their massive screw-up! Lost a customer for life!

People should be informed that this phone comes with dreaded deadboot after a certain update around March or April. Shame Xiaomi and Poco aren't very informative about this, my guess because it's a cheap ass phone. If it happened in their flagships, somehow every media gets informed.
