The only phone I regret buying.
The phone started showing problems like shutting down randomly within like 6 months of purchasing. And after that MIUI updates on this phone are just the worst.
Then after 1 year, it started the famous dead boot problem. Once it powers off, you won't be able to turn it back on for like 4 days.
Never ever purchase this stupid piece of engineering.

The phone just stopped working. like ... morei dont want anything to do with poco it went off several times ,i went through google to check ...honestly i regret buying this phone i wont reccomend anyone to it i should have chosen another phone ...as i am speaking now i feel like my life is stucked what should we use ...im very angry shame .i suggest that we stop buying poco guys i could have done something better with my r6000....im really angry i even how ask myself why are they still selling and busy upgrading this nonsense

The worst phone ever. The phone just stopped working. like it is completely dead. Buy this phone at your own risk.

This is a terrible phone. I bought two, and both stopped working after about a year. The phone wouldn't turn on. Apparently this is a common problem with this phone. There are many discussions on the internet about the issue, but there's no fix for it. I love Xiaomi, but this phone brings shame for the company.

Great phone but unfortunately has problems with the Wi-fi connection. Also, when someone calls me the phone sometimes freezes and crashes. And the worst of them all, if you restart it /shut it down, it will brick and you wont be able to power it again not until the battery is drained completely... huge software issues. Truly a shame, since the specs are very good...

Not ideal for gaming but it's good enough for day-to-day tasks such as social media and browser. Wifi connection is bad but it can connect to 5G WiFi. Stereo speaker is good for its price, display is great, camera is decent, screen brightness is underwhelming, battery is something like the main feature. I've been using this for something like 2 years and bootloops are often which is not you would want. Never experienced deadboot so far. Reccomend or not? I don't reccomend this. Just buy a midrange one if you can. It could've been better if HD only display for more battery life.

Deadboot!!!! They dont have any solution to the problem. Aftersales s6cks also. There is no service center. Dont ever buy Poco phones as this phone is a real piece of junk!!!!!

It was the best offer for this price range back then. Superb battery, stereo speaker, decent performance for every day tasks (I don't play games), camera is ok (I've made great photos playing with the manual settings and you can always install google's camera app for better photos)
