(I don't mind, but i've set my M6 Pro to use 4 Icons per row, not 5 - like it's being standard. You can change this via Settings.

YourLocalPhoneCritic, 24 Aug 2024If this is almost the same phone as the Redmi Note 13 Pro 4... moreit's all the same. Remove the ads this way on HyperOS:
https://www.androidauthority.com/remove-ads-xiaomi-miui-1019139/
And don't forget to enable via System - Developer Options - Graphics Driver Preferences - System Graphics Driver, as said before. This goes for all HyperOS Poco/Xiaomi, but especially onto the slower ones like the M6 Pro here, it gives a speed bump, because the GUI is more speedy, some 20-30% from feeling.
Also, the battery charges only with like 5-10W max, so enable the fast charging to up to 67W max via System - Battery - Additional Features - Speed up charging - to enable.
What's more, under the same Menu - Battery - Battery Protection - set to Optimized Charging - and turn Nighttime charging protection - on.
But i won't charge the phone over night anyway, because this degrades the battery, charges/discharges all the time, also heats up the battery more, the aging effect is more intense.
I only charge up to 80-85% max, not 100%.

Anonymous, 11 Jan 2024Why the Helio G99 Ultra? Seriously, is there any difference... moreSubtle faster than the standard G99. Not really noticeable, only into direct 1:1 comparison with standard G99 Helio.

I'm pretty sure s... moreYou compare a mid-tier Xiaomi flagship 11T which is now 3 years old, with a entry level M6 Pro - notice something...?! Furtherway, Xiaomi promised 3 major Android updates, and the 11T started with Android 11...so Android 14 is the end of the line for the 11T, it'll not receive Android 15 anymore...just another year of security patches, based on Android 14, only.

radioactiveq, 09 Sep 2024my redmi note 9 pro can definently destroy this No, it can't. I have the Redmi Note 9 Pro since Spring 2020. It's a 6GB/128GB Phone, also 64MP main camera, but without OIS. No AMOLED display, no max. 67W charging. Helio G99 Ultra vs. Snapdragon 720G. MIUI 14.0.5.0 ROM (EMEA) stuck at Android 12. Poco M6 Pro is currently at HyperOS 1.0.5.0 based on Android 14 (September Update) and either way 8/256B or 12/512GB.

Agrt, 27 Aug 2024Transsion phone is similarly priced like Poco midranges. Al... moreI'm tired of the "I'd much rather buy this/that" crowd as well. This mostly comes from both Xiaomi and Transsion fans. Buy whatever phone that suits your needs and stop nagging people on what to spend their money on.
Just because your Infinix Note 40 has wireless charging doesn't make the Poco M6 Pro and Galaxy A15 not worth buying. And just because your Itel P55 5G has a 5G processor on the cheap, doesn't mean it comes with virtually no compromises compared to the Redmi 13C or Galaxy A05.
I'm not a Transsion hater, but they're so massively overrated where I live, because nobody seems to dare criticize them at all. I for one will never switch to any Transsion device because I know both their UI and software support suck ass.
