      This is one of the best phones in its price mainly because of Samsung AMOLED display. In fact, i loved it (as backup phone).

      You can go other phone brands if you hate it so much :v

          Don't buy this phone! I just returned it. The display looks cheap, viewing angles are terrible and it looks green.

              In past years, I've been an avid Snapdragon fan ever since i bought Redmi Note 8 back in 2019 (gave it to my sibling after replacing the battery), then S23 Ultra last year, and finally this.

              I can trust Xiaomi's hardware prowess. I have zero reasons to get Oppo's, Vivo's, and even Transsion's branch companies' phones.

                People keeps bashing G99 for absolutely no reason when Mediatek is basically dominating the 4G chipsets since Qualcomm decided to start a fight a hard battle against Apple for the ultra mega super flagship chipset, basically ignoring midrange and entry level phones.

                  From my experience of this specific phone, its G99 Ultra is surprisingly good.

                  In gaming, in Genshin Impact, I immediately tried highest settings in case if it's a bad experience or not. It can! Only that you're locked at 30fps at best, 15-20fps at worst. Other games? Very good at medium settings at best.

                  The battery life is better than my friend's M5 (back when i used his phone for a day, and tye battery life is 30% worse).

                  Camera performance is almost similar, at the very least, it can support up to 200MP as we've seen in Redmi Note 13 4G.

                  Overall, good phone. But i got this unit from a reseller at $89 so of course i bought it immediately. Because at that price, I'll take it over an old flagship device (I was close to buying an S21+).

                    utouh, 14 Jan 2024again and again, G99 is old chipset, it's so horrible,For backup phone, the G99 is not as horrible as you think, but if you are going to use it as your main phone then you are correct about it being horrible. If you are on a budget then stay away from buying G99 powered phones, save up and buy a high-end phone and you'll be satisfied.

                        Ramil7, 02 Mar 2024What does this phone mean if there is a note 13 pro?What is... moreM6 pro 4G is cheaper, with 8/256 as base variant (my favorite move Poco/Xiaomi has done so far), and comparable cameras since the Poco's has OIS compensated for a much lower main camera sensor while Xiaomi's is the typical big pixels sans OIS.

                        In fact, if you can buy the M6 Pro 4G much lower than its SRP (like mine i bought it literal $99 from a reseller), it's the best G99 powered device.

                            Omnivision camera sensors, instead of the usual Samsung's.
                            No HDR on its beautiful display.
                            Less features on Game Turbo app.
                            (generally on xiaomi phones) Xiaomi camera app is still underwhelming, performance wise.

                            I am replying this on my newly bought M6 Pro 4G, 12/512 variant.

                            Impressive phone for its price. I have no reason to get X6 Pro since I have S23 Ultra as my main phone already. Having a backup phone is great, and i know Xiaomi doesn't disappoint in their phones. (Owned a Redmi note 8 5 years ago and gave it to my sibling after replacing battery)

                                And there is also Open Camera witch works imo better than stock app in my huawei p40 lite.

                                I'am considering buying poco m6 as an "upgrade" (mainly app storage..) and also wondering whether different apps could improve photo quality. Apparently i have to wait to be able to check this phone in local stores...

                                  g99 chipset it's good but if has Dimensity 7020 would be the best value for money at the moment!

                                    Guys!!!! Any thoughts on the normal Redmi Note 13 or the Poco M6 Pro?
                                    Do you guys think they be good "back up" phones or would you rather just get the Galaxy A34 with these price range?
