After recent update just like 2 months ago after update my mobiles front and rear camera was dead without any reason.when i went to service centre,they told that you have motherboard issue in your phone and it can not be replace free.i want to say that this is building issue & software update issue why should we repair the phone with 8k /8000 spending

did anyone experiencing random activation of silent mode on this Poco X2?
mine staring to have this problem since around May 2021 till today
the phone itself randomly activate silent mode without me even holding it
this activation can happen more than 5 times a day
cant figure what is wrong with the phone

When opening camera, only black screen is visible. POCO mobiles are known for their performance but I have doubts about their performance.
But I am very disappointed with POCO after seeing such a condition of Rs 17000 mobile within 2 years.
In future I will have to think a lot before buying a POCO device and request everyone else to think before buying a POCO device.

My phone back camera are not working when I was update my phone kindly resolve this issue otherwise company and system will be blamed because of this tyep of defects.

Worst phone which i have ever seen.....
Back camera is not working after the latest update...
Now , if any bluetooth device is connected with my phone .audio is not working properly....bluetooth is not working properly.....
The x2 poco is a worst phone..

Talking roodly with coustomer and liaing with coustomer
First telling u get sarvice and then told that sarvice is stoped

POCO Camera stopped working within 2 years of purchase. Service center deny to accept the phone for service , Customer support is dragging for 10 days now by not providing any solution . No good product hardware like motherboard or camera will stop working on software update . So there is fundamentally wrong about this product.

After the update, camera died,screen and charging problem moreover the motherboard dead. Just nonsense. Wasted 20k.

Ricky, 18 May 2022Same problem same problem with my phone. i took it to a service centre for check..they are saying the motherboard is damaged and it will cost you 12k.
