POCO Camera stopped working within 2 years of purchase. Service center deny to accept the phone for service , Customer support is dragging for 10 days now by not providing any solution . No good product hardware like motherboard or camera will stop working on software update . So there is fundamentally wrong about this product.

After the update, camera died,screen and charging problem moreover the motherboard dead. Just nonsense. Wasted 20k.

Rear camera dead within less then 2 years!!!
No support from company also , they just say to visit service center.
If we go there ,they just ask 8k for replacement of motherboard 👏👏👏.
Spending 15k to buy a phone which will only for less then 2years, great 🙏🙏.
Just stop buying Xiaomi products then they will care for there customers.....

I am using poco x2 since 2 years and i currently update to 12.5.6 version . And the update working which is destroying motherboard, i contact to the customer service of poco India they said your phone is out of warranty and we can't help you .
And now where i go , thing is clear i am not spending 8k to 10k for this. Never buy Chinese company phone .

Worst phone , I buy poco x2 last year but last software update my phone then phone touch not working and Mother boad demage. No replace offer given by poco company it my request to poco company

I've been using Poco X2 for exactly 2 years now. It's decent and reliable..
The camera is good. 2 years and it's still going strong. I usually have 50% battery left before going to sleep. Charge in an hour.

Poco x2 phone is good,
but the OS seems unstable coz lots of people faced same problem and when I talked to the customer care they agreed that Sir, we've a problem in OS and our team is working to fix it (my problem was: repetitive reboot) and they later changed the motherboard under warranty.
If someone is looking to buy Poco series phone , I'd suggest go for Redmi note series (10,11) they gained people's trust as running from years and never faced any major problems.

My PocoX2 lost front cam after the recent update, i followed the recovery instructions but camera will work for 2 min then will be gone. Customer Care asked me to reset , then because of data and app data loss i didnt do it. After two weeks i lost back camera as well, i factory reset my phone , now both camera, app and data are gone. Now i need to give my phone to service which would take more than a week (no ETA), so i need to buy another phone and give this to service. Never ever i am going for Poco

I have purchased Poco X2 1year 6months back afer searching many mobiles, but the mobile not working, some technicians, service centre's telling board problem and etc. So again I have to spend nearly 12000. The mobile life is not at all completing 2 years.

Worst phone ever, phone camera and touch is dead for no reason, not only me most poco users are faceing this problem, Xiaomi is a cheater. People should stop buying Xiaomi phones.
