Very bad experience.. first the front camera not working, after a few days speaker stopped working. I went to MI service centre with the issues, they said it's mother board issue. I will suggest not to buy any poco product.

After update front camera, ultra wide camera, some of the camera features, speakers and bluetooth connectivity got damaged

Bought in 2021. Now Front camera dead and then both speakers are also dead. Poco as a brand should be avoided. Not recommend to buy any Poco phones.

Suddenly without any reason my POCO x3’s indian version front camera and both speaker is not working. Phone just hangs when i try to open front camera... but headphone is working properly, , , so i have to use headphones to hear sound. Please gyes don’t buy Poco & Xiaomi Smartphone. They’re scammed with us. Please stay away. All devices is fault. Motherboard issue on POCO.

Good phone, performed well. But motherboard problem, front camera stopped working.
Xiaomi should take care of the issue urgently.

Exactly 2yrs I'm using this phone. I regret now for purchased this poco x3. Phone's speaker, front camera dead. I trusted xiomi that quality will be outstanding but that's not always true. Don't suggest or purchase from POCO.

looks like every unit of these poco series got issues with motherboard. Mine is completely dead after one year of use. Motherboard can be replaced but that will cost nearly 70% of the phone's price. damn! I'm totally totally disappointed!!!!!!!!

I have bought poco x3 mobile.
After 1 year 7 months my phone's front camera was not working. And then now my phone's wide angle camera also not working.
I went to showroom and asked them to repair means, they said that it was a board complaint & they said that cost was in between 8,000 to 9,000.
What I want to do now ???????

Without any physical damage to the poco X3 MOBILE, initially the speakers stopped working and after some time front camera not working, if you open front camera it's gets freezed..
It looks purely market strategy, they are purposefully doing this.. After almost completion of the warranty period usage these kind of issues arises..
Poco cheats it's customers.. This is the real face of those brands..

Worsttttt phone ever!!!!After 1 yr of use its front cam stopped working and then speaker and now my phone is switched off automatically its dead now!!!!!!!!now they say it is motherboard issue

Don't buy any poco series, all have issues, after automatic update it will stop working, and all issues will start after 1 yr of purchase. For repair cost thy will ask 10-12 k for mother board replacement.
Some one need to book or file case on there bastards
