MasEnha, 14 Oct 2021This phone is good in several segments, except its buggy so... moreBecause xiaomi are pooping out phones every second. Even phones that are identical to last year's phones (for instance the redmi note 9 lite which is basically a note 9s). The software division just can't keep up that's why we've been experiencing bugs (well not me, almost all of the bugs have been sorted on my phone 😎).
And to those who said this phone crap, you all need to get your head straight. The hardware is absolutely superb for this price point, it's just the software that's holding it back a little bit.

This phone is good in several segments, except its buggy software. Xiaomi not paying attention much, probably because the profit margin is pretty low. If you accidently bought this phone, do not update the OS unless the version is confirmed stable in which I believe will not coming shortly.

NikiDroid, 06 Oct 2021In Indonesia is still available. But I gues several months ... moreI've searched for why xiaomi decided to discontinue the phone, and they said it's because this phone were in direct competition with the poco M3 pro 5g (in terms of pricing}. But that didn't sit well for me so I've dugged further and came across a reddit user who said the main reason for this was because of the global chip shortage conundrum. That might be he's opinion but it actually makes. The poco f1 also got discontinued years ago but it still receives updates up until this day (although not as frequent as the newer devices). With that being said the poco x3 nfc "might be" discontinued but only in terms of production and hopefully not altogether.

It's been 2 months now since the phone got any security updates or software updates in which case really begs the question. Has the poco x3 nfc really been discontinued?

Anonymous, 01 Oct 2021Good morning guys I feel this poco x3 nfc is a good phone f... moreLong hours of gaming is no issue, but if you force 90FPS in PUBG, it'll overheat unless it's winter.
And it won't give you 90FPS even if you force it. It'll only give around 70-75FPS max (after lowering every graphic possible using files & tools).
Go for Poco X3 Pro for gaming. That phone has flagship grade chipset. Snapdragon 860 can even give you 120FPS in games as heavy as PUBG.
This phone doesn't even compare to Poco X3 Pro.

TheGreatGatsby, 03 Oct 2021redmi Note 10 pro or Poco x3 ? Easily Redmi Note 10 Pro. It has everything that Poco X3 NFC has, but it's a little bit better.
Better display, updates, less problems.
Same processor, battery, charging, features, similar size & less heavy.
Only advantage Poco X3 NFC has is 20MP Selfie Camera, but don't get fooled by it. It's not good at all. Extreme oversharpening to the point your face looks pixelated, messed up skin texture & completely wrong skin tone.
I've spent many hours & months trying to make it "good enough to use" with Gcam, but failed.
My old Realme 3 had 13MP selfie camera, but with Gcam it took better Selfies than any Selfie I've taken with Poco X3 NFC in 8 months. I honestly miss Realme 3's front camera.
Remember that Realme 3 is a low end mediatek phone while Poco X3 NFC is a midrange phone.

Ghost Touch issue in my Poco X3 NFC (6, 128GB).
I've this phone for about 8 Months now & I haven't updated it even once (12.0.6). But sadly, since last week, I've been experiencing ghost touch issue.
When it happens, I've to lock & unlock phone to fix it. The ghost touch isn't on fixed spot.
I Googled about it & found out that I'm not alone. Several people have reported this issue in last few months, despite being on different MIUI versions.
Is it a SCAM by Xiaomi itself? Or is it as I feared while buying this phone that Xioami phones are not reliable as Huawei, Oppo, Realme?
Another problem is if I repeatedly switch between a Horizontal Layout app like Video/Game & Vertical Layout app like Gallery. Then after a few times, display starts to badly. I've to restart phone to fix it.
It only happens if you switch repeatedly like that. That's why I only notice it after like 7 months of use. I'm not bothered by this issue, however. Just letting you guys know.

Btw, JBL bluetooth earphones are MUCH better than Xiaomi's bluetooth earphones. I've Mi Airdots 2 but their sound quality is a lot worse than my friend's JBL ones, which cost less than Airdots 2. Dunno the model.
