My phone are still flawless. It's Chinese made. I've heard that those are little better. If I game, I took off the case for cooler temps.

yet my phone still kicking alive and still playing heavy games with cooler of course.this phone get very hot when playing games but their user forced it.

So now we know that each n every x3 pro will die sooner or later... Its not the usage patterns.. nor gaming or intensive usage .nor the software updates.. these updates may lead to increase heatup patterns and thus speed up the deterioration cycle of solder...its the aging of lead free soldering paste that deterioate over a certain time.. the leadfree solder has a life span of heat cycles.. when this limit is reached... Ur phone become dead.. its not only for poco x3 pro.. many other phones are also having the very same issue... Samsung vivo oppo u can google it

Poco x3 pro was my fav. phone but i sold it when pocos started dying arround me .i researched about the reasons why PX3 pro needs cpu reballing after dead... Earlier i concluded that it is the poor construction double decor cpu's built right over the RAM.. and also the solder paste melting due to extreme heat... Now again i researched the issue & found the expert opinion.. so the culprit here is the Lead free solder paste ..the thing is there r new regulations enforced i dont know since when but these regulations force manufacturers to use only lead free solder... Lead free solder cant withstand heat cycles and cracks away after an year or so depends open number of heat cycles... So as we know sd 860 has a 2.9 ghz core... Samsung's m21 is also the same story... So the point is get rid of poco x3 pro as soon as possible.. every single piece will be dead because the combination is fatal .. heats cycles of lead free solder.. that is why we need reballing over n over again.. old cpu's that produces more heat and more likely to meet the fate... Search regulations about lead free solder paste ..and its disadvantages.. playstation is also going through this solder leadfree issue.. cracking & loosing contact with motherboard.

After a year dead boot. hope reballing will fix the problem. alot of deadboot poco x3 pro here also in philipines, not just poco also redmi notes too. my unit is global version

After 1.4 yrs my poco X3 pro died due to motherboard failure :)

I get miui 13.0.8 about 5 months ago and didn't receive any updates until then.
Are all update are downloaded manually? Are they official update?
