Bought Poco X3 Pro 6/128GB last July 2021 and on February 18 2023 my phone screen suddenly freeze until got deadboot. Phone was good itself only minor issues encountered with the software but what pissed me off is the cheap hardware that have been put in this phone, My 5 year old Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 is still working until now while this poco got dead for no reason.

Anonymous, 19 Feb 2023well if you are indian make sure you never buy poco x3 pro.... moreIndia made phones use low quality solder thats why when the phone gets at a certain temp. It easily melts/cracks causing motherboard issues even samsung phones made in india have motherboard issues.

well i bought the phone for 20k and guess what this shit is not even capaible of perfoming for 20 monts properly the worst phone ever made in indian history .... if u buy this shit let me tell u this might be ur worst inverstment of ur life ...bcs lemme tell u whats gonna happen with u ...just supose it ur chilling on ur phone watching a movie and chilling ar 3 in the night its going all good and then suddenly u see a yellow and white screen and then everything on scren goes black and done.......yes congrratsss ur 2ok is now wasted succesfully bcs the best soo called phone indias number 1 quality phone is dead now out of no where .... and now u decide to go to the service center and there they say sir ur out of warrenty and now u have to pay 12k for the motherbord yesssss its a common problem ...lol ... there is no poco x3 pro in the words that may complete its 2 year......

People are not only complaining here, but you can read similar complaints in other platforms like YT, FB.

almost 3 year phone still kicking and i cancel buying new phone coz all poco sems disappointing but still wait for foco f5 if its the same then gona wait 2years later
