I think the Poco X3 Pro Motherboard problem is a general issue because i experienced it today. I bought mine last year and i have not encountered any issues until today. I tried playing Call of Duty Mobile and suddenly my phone froze and tried rebooting itself, after which it turned off and won't turn back on. I took it to an engineer who tried repairing it but all efforts failed. Complete waste of money.

POCO X3 Pro has an overall AnTuTu score of 478,897. The benchmark app also gives individual scores for CPU, Memory, GPU, and UX tests.

Cant believe many have problem with the phone after a year of usage. I faced the same issue yesterday after using for 18 months. Phone switched off while using it. Wont boot again at all. Not even factory reset worked. Service center says motherboard needs to be changed which costs around 13k . I think they messed up something in this phone. Pretty sure more people are going to face this.

Hhhh bootloop after 15 months, right after the waranty is expired
I suggest you all to atleast unlock bootloader, it will give you a chance to flash other rom besides miui when bootloop happen

I own this phone for a year now and never updated it. Miui 12 is buggy but I don't have any plans to update the operating system. For now this is the best that I have in ages for having a second hand smartphones.

I went to the service centre they replaced it(the motherboard), it was working fine for a month but suddenly after charging it up it's speakers and 3mm jack stopped working 🤦🏻♂️ i again took it to the service centre they said I'll have to replace sound unit, I said fûçk it and bought another smartphone. Never buying from this brand ever again.

It seems Google Play system update with size 712 kB can't be installed. I tried many times, but it is still available to install.

The gaming, camera, and overall experience was the best for me, but I'll never ever buy in this brand anymore. I have this phone for about 1 year and days. I was a big fan of this phone not until it had a dead boot issue, I wasn't even aware that poco phones had this issue... I went to the service center, and I can't even retrieve the files and accounts in my phone since the technicians can't even repair it anymore. Although, it's still in the service center they said it's been working for days but it died again. Frustrating.
The only solution they have for me is to buy new phone. Lol. Also, some ppl said that the unit is faulty that's why it had some dead boot issue.

Good Product to buy actually.... Fast Charging 30min full charge.... Good gaming phone if you buy 8ram ,256gb...heavy game like genshin must adjust to medium graphic if you want no lag... Good camera detail👍
