I wish midrange or flagship killers had at least usb 3.0. It's much more enjoyable when you have a USB 3.1 port and can copy a file from your external drive at 400MB per sec compared to USB 2.0s 40mb per sec, especially now that most phones don't have sd cards. With ufs 4.0, you should be able to enjoy the benefit of copying a file from an external drive at 800MB/s but poco won't let you.

Venom.., 15 Feb 2024Is there any heating issue while gaming without AC in the room? please note that this is not gaming phone also use powerfull chipset inside and i believe you should limit your game setting not to high but still get good graphics and fps.
when playing non AC env this phone would get quite hot but not on level uncomfortable to hold.
if you want to play with highest setting, i think it's recommend to use phone cooler, but i hate to put on and off my phone case so i play without cooler and reduce game settings.
Btw this phone could play some Switch Game with Yuzu emulator, and i hope more game library will support on future.

I've been testing the battery on this phone and this is what I've found out.
On moderate usage (scrolling through Facebook, watching reels, using Brave browser, sending messages in Whatsapp, Messenger and Discord and listening music with bluetooth headphones) the phone drains about 6-7% of battery every hour when you're on 4G.
On wifi it's more like 4-5%.
If I play my favorite game on Citra (Kirby planet robobot) at 2x resolution, it drains about 10-13% battery every hour.
Youtube videos on 1440 drain about 4-5% battery every hour on WiFi (no idea in 4G, not testing it). Unfortunately I don't have access to 5G in my region so I expect these numbers to be much lower.
I haven't been able to make this phone feel warm to the touch no matter what I do in an ambient temperature of 29°C but I feel like this is just because I'm not pushing this phone hard enough.
In all scenarios the screen brightness was at 70% and at 120Hz.
Another thing I need to point out is that this is after 2 weeks of usage and this is important because the first 3 days I could feel that the phone drained my battery faster (3 or 4% more than the already given numbers described in every scenario).
Today I managed to get 10 hours and 45 minutes of usage and I still had 28% charge left.
I can't really say the battery of this phone is terrible considering how powerful the CPU is and how good the display is but I believe there are some things that can be improved with software updates. To be honest I expected better but I'm quite pleased nonetheless.
This is indeed a very damn good phone.

Charging takes 37 mins from 20% to 100% with max temperature at 42 C.
I have the global version on Hyperos 1.0.4.0.

The phone overheats frequently even in light usage. The temperature can reach 39°c indoors and 43°c out doors with ambient temperatures 28 and 30 respectively. Battery life feels like 4hr screen on time and drains heavily when using GPS.

Any idea why this phone is not yet listed in Google Play Console (https://storage.googleapis.com/play_public/supported_devices.html) where it's sibling X6 is listed? Also it's predecessor (X5 or X5 Pro) not listed in Google Play Console yet. Any criteria that these phones are not meeting to get them listed in Google Play Console ? Or is it just company's laziness to submit their new phone to Google?

what Poco F3? Poco X6 Pro far more better and supperior than F3 even F5.
I use this phone on high setting but only set 45 fps and medium environtment detail, bloom off and motion blur medium. pretty safe to play GI for around 1-2 hr non stop.

After use for more than 2 weeks, this phone really worth better than other brand with same
price range:
Audio 8.5/10 (Wondering this audio could present in budget phone)
Display 9/10 (Superb, far better that 11T)
Performance 9/10 (Blazing Fast, Pretty Hot but still normal)
Camera 7.5/10 (Pretty decent and much better compared with 11T)
Haptics Feedback 10/10 (Feels so premium)
Design 8/10 (Could be better, but still good btw mine Grey color)
Ram Storage 12 Gb / 512 Gb UFS 4.0. 10/10(will never miss microsd slot anymore)
You couldn't be wrong choosing this phone better than 11T, F5 or 13T, just buy it and regret later if there is anything you could complaint for only $300 - $315 (12 Gb / 512 Gb)
