I know this may or may not be possible but I hope to have a "bypass charging" feature that would become available on the next possible update.
I would very much appreciate it just like how Tecno Camon 20 Pro 5G where-in it popped up a "Bypass Charging" feature after a major update by surprise.

2.0.102.0 EU is out. Focus tracking and multiple simultaneous animations, one tap clipboard cleaning, floating window video gets beautify filter, 4x6 home screen layout without search bar, new lock screen scenary templates and fix for clearing recent (whose stuck) list in launcher. Size 737 MB.

Very bad experience after to hyperos 2.0,the original hyperos is better that 2.0!!!I wish 2.1 will fixed all that bad buggy.

Just updated mine three days ago, Things I've noticed after the update.
1, the animation is smoother
2, the phone is smarter (IMO)
3, the UI is more responsive
But the update is just a minor upgrade.
And to those complaining about not fast charging like before, I've not noticed such since the update. And i don't pray to experience any.
Looking forward for more improve update to come

This happens to my mom's Realme 5 Pro too.

It has issues witu the proximity sensor.... moreIsn't that the usual issue with 'virtual' proximity sensors? I mean, this must be just another reason for this series (POCO) to be this budget-friendly for upper-midrange sort of devices.
I noticed some people really do prefer having a hardware of proximity sensors instead of the virtual ones.
Since it hasn't been fixed, I guess you may move on to the expensive ones that fits your needs 'cause you said it yourself: "... Specs aren't great if they don't function." I mean the D8300 Ultra and HyperOS 2.0 w/ Android 15 is working very fine for me. I don't expect so much from what I just need.

Worst phone ever.
It has issues witu the proximity sensor. Listening to Voice Messages, the phone turns off randomly, goes from speaker to earpiece, comes back on again, cits the bluetooth connection.
The only workaround is to cover the sensor once with your hands, then restart tye voice message.
The worst yhing.... Xiaomi have KNOWN ABOUT THIS ISSUE for years and even on the recent Hyper OS2 Uodate witu Android 15, it STILL persists.
They simply have no intention of solving this extremely annoying issue.
That results in nothing more than losing customers. And them losing customers only means slamming more adverts onto the newer phones and not giving a #!?@# about solving software issues.
Xiaomi, never again. Specs aren't great if they don't function

The update really made the phone very fluid and pleasing in the eyes now and I am liking it now.
I'll update here if there's any further issues that I might encounter later on.

Strange enough if you ask them they don't see you how their potential user so they won't tell you how you are holding it wrong but how it's not meant to be used with Android. CS43131 dongles start at 22$, and similar BT LDAC (with additional ESS or CL DAC) at around 40~50.
Downloads are fine just leave browser or wherever you are downloading from in front. If you're net is bad and you hit a remote server time limit it's not the phone fault. Learn to use torrents.
