All my apps runs well like new. And I am not a gamer anymore. My plan is to use it for another 6 months after that I will add another device (actually I use 2 devices for last 10 years, but have to sold my device in 2020 to pay the EMI of F1) with it to decrease the load on it. 2 4G Sims and 2 separate places take up battery for sure.
Anyway, as for now there is no other Snapdragon 8xx series devices which are priced like Poco F1. But 2 good Snapdragon series are there.
First is Snapdragon 730/732G which is best for performance like poco F1.
Second is Snapdragon 695 which comes with 5g for future proof.
I will choose anyone of these SoC from Poco or Moto for sure.

Last month e.g. January 2022, my original battery died. I bought the phone in October 2019. And played a ton of COD mobile in 2020 and half of 2021 until the COVID 19 virus come.
Anyway I found an original battery in Amazon which cost me about 1250/- or about 17$ including shipping. But I have to wait for 10 days.
The wait is worthy. As I followed a YouTube step by step video and chenged my phone by myself which took me 1 hour as I was very very careful.
Now my phone is great like new. Idea is to use it for another 6/7 months and then bought another Snapdragon 5G device in 15000/- or 200$.
But yes, I am not playing any game as I am busy on two jobs now.

Took a chance and bought it via AliExpress shortly after release. Love this phone, not given me any troubles. Even when the battery became weak, I was able to change it myself. I honestly still don't have any justifiable reason to go for any new devices

Seriously, poco f1 speaker is legit underrated. Its the only phone I tested that have clear bass output. my brothers s10 plus have zero bass, aside from his ipad 7th.

Indirect successor is Poco X3 Pro, Mi11T and Mi11T Pro.
The next successor probably is Redmi K50.

After 3 years and recently changed a new battery, the smartphone is still strong. This is a no frill smartphone that cut corners on the outer, but remain same as strong on the inside. Aside all the subjective comparison, I only see the lacking of NFC is the only weakness of this smartphone, but I never use the NFC payment since the grow of e-Wallet in my country.
All in all, the next generation of this smartphone is Redmi K20 Pro/Xiaomi Mi9T Pro, which also keep at a very competitive pricing, but upgraded on many thing, then comes Poco F2 Pro, Mi10T/Mi10T Pro, then the latest is Poco F3, maybe also Mi11T/Mi11T Pro. Or it's distance cousin Poco X3 Pro, Poco X3 GT.
Hope Xiaomi continuously making and selling high performance but low priced smartphone for the mass.

I was using a Mi note 10 lite and recently bought a poco f1 used. Performance is insane compared to current midrange smartphones, wifi connection is also much better than my mi note 10 lite, battery life is pretty decent and camera average but will get the job done. Even though it's still a beast in 2022 I'd recommend you to buy something more recent like a Mi mix 3 5G, a poco f2 pro or even a Mi 9T pro

Found one cheap and mint condition, perfect phone and super fast @ 2.8ghz + Adreno 630.
Even though in specifications above and only Quick Charge 3 charger is supplied with phone, this is a Quick Charge 4+ phone.
Although the original QC3 charger is fast enough providing you have a decent 3 amp cable, yep it's super fast charging.
Highly Recommended phone, screen could be brighter for daylight viewing but I'm being picky :)
