They are as good as Samsung for the make, features and functions. Only reason I didn't buy one as I have multi SIM user with a memory card.
Anyway of all these 3 options, Nova 3 has some amazing specs like better camera, more in built memory and extra sensors. Honor play lacks these, but overall both are same in processor, looks, battery and RAM. As I have said Poco F1 is great for gaming, but the screen is very fragile which is a problem. And the high SAR value is strictly no for me. Few years ago I almost bought Lenevo K3 Note, but the high SAR value freaked me out. As I carry always my phone in pockets and even keep them on pillow side, I need devices which has low and safe SAR value. Also Snapdragon 845 might be heat up or use more battery during the stand by mode. Unless you are very heavy gamer, Kirin 970 is as good as Snapdragon 845. So, I will suggest you can go for Honor play, if you are not in much photography, need 128 GB internal memory (that is a massive space for me), infrared face unlock feature etc. With the saved money you can buy a better case, screen guard, headphone or even a good memory card. Last thing you should visit store and try both Nova 3 and Honor Play for a real demo before making a final decision. Regards.

But I have a Samsung S7392 aka Trend which is about 5 years old still working with a second new original battery. I used it very roughly. Sometimes it fell from my hand or I throw when I was in rage. But still working fine. Same story with 3 year old On7 Pro. It also felt few times from my hand and table. Last time it was on concrete road when I was in a hurry. The back cover and battery came out, but no damages to the screen. Got another J Prime 1 for last 2 years, I used a rough tough cover with as I know it will also fell from hand. And yes it did for at least dozen times. The glass or touch never got damaged. But the main board is dead. Now I am more careful and got another J7 Prime 2 as replacement. Forget to mention, F1 can't play full HD 1080*1920 videos, but my J7P2 can. I enjoy a it of video content on it. Regards.

Its screen fully break from fall down from 2 feet. samsung provides always lowest configuration with too high price. basically screen breaking depends upon how your mobile fall down on which surface in which position and pressure etc.....

But I believe every user is specific and his needs are. No matter what you buy, make sure it meets all your requirements, have a well build, SAR value is in safe limit. Don't buy a popular device as everyone is buying it unless your super sure of it. Regards.

I am sure you will regret you decision very soon as F1 doesnt support HD video streaming, no NFC, No proper 3 slots, poor camera then S7 and sub per build quality. Drop the F1 from 3 feet and the glass will crack on first fall.

As for F1, it can't play HD videos. No NFC. No proper 3 slots, Ugly notch, high SAR values. And poor build quality which can break the glass in first fall.

Rest are nothing good. The so called liquid cooling is just a gimmick. And also the build quality is not good even for the same price range. Most of the online gadget reviewer are given the Armoured edition which is the highest variation. And it may look like better. But rest of the variation are have poor polycarbonate quality. There is a YouTube video where the phone from 3 feet and cracked the glass on first fall.

- I'm not a ga... moreI think you can go for either Samsung it Honor device with proper 18:9 full screen HD display. As you are a not a very heavy gamer, these devices will met your need. I personally use Samsung and never faced any issues. The J8 and J6 series are value for money considering they are a full package.
As for Mi devices, I am not against the company. But there are enough posts on the many sites that most mi devices have very high SAR value which is not good for health. And F1 looks way cool, cheaper and strongest in specs in papers; but it lack the build quality. In you YouTube there is a video review where the user reviewed the base version (not the armoured one) and as it fell from his from 3 feet ( the height of your pocket/hand in normal position) the screen glass breaks off. I think it is big deal breaker as no matter how much you careful, some day your device will fell from hand and will break. Regards.
